The quality isn’t there anymore, tops are falling apart before you even pack items in them. Price is way too high for made in China product of that quality.

Originally, I didn't get my package. I had used my PO Box and UPS delivered to an address I had 14 years go. UPS was no help, but Samantha from Paper Tubes reached out and got me a new shipment in no time. Was it an unavoidable headache? Yes, but did they rush to make it right? Also, YES!! The boxes I ordered were not gift worthy and weirdly designed. This was extremely disappointing, because PaperTube has amazing quality products. I left a voicemail and asked for a returned call and the need for an RA number. But no one has returned my call
