I can't imagine a better company
John Murphy was so nice and patient while collecting my information and explaining everything in detail.Then the welcome call from Jill was like talking to a dear friend. It's easy to tell she loves helping people and enjoys her job. Even the emails are easy to understand, collecting my statements was easy enough and the few I'm missing should be mailing a hard copy.

Wish I Had Reached Out Sooner!!!
So far every step of the process has been outstanding. I was very hesitant to consider this for years and wish that I could tell myself 4 years ago to just do it. I had no idea how much I was throwing away paying minimums on maxed cards.They've made the process simple and took away a lot of the anxiety I had about it from the very first conversation I had with their rep.I'm early in the process but very impressed with how they handle their customers, as I also work in a customer service environment.

I had the best representives. Just the other night I received a phone call just checking in with me. That meant alot. I am embarrassed that I am having to use your program for the second time, but I didn't feel any judgement.

Everyone I had talked to was so nice…
Everyone I had talked to was so nice and explained everything really well and answered all my questions, and I always felt comfortable asking questions and understood their answers. It actually was a pretty easy process and I’m excited to get rid of our credit card debt and be able to do other things in life.
