I HAVE BOUGHT TWO HOME BASE CONCENTRATORS AND BOTH ARE VERY GOOD. ONE WAS DUE TO BE REPARED BECAUSE OF TECH. ISSUES. THE OTHER I JUST GOT. SHIPPING WAS QUICK.I DO APPRCIATE EVERYONE AT THE COMPANY.VERY GOOD WORK.

Refurbished Concentrator and Tank…
Refurbished Concentrator and Tank filler PumpThese two units appear to work OK. The cylinder leaks and will not stay full for more than one day.It appears it was damaged in shipping as the top plastic cover was broken and the gauge rubber broken off. It appears to be leaking at the gauge connection as it is slightly bent.No manuals came with the units and the tube to connectthe humidifier was missing. Bob Chase

The refurbished oxygen concentrator…
The refurbished oxygen concentrator works well...for now...I have concerns, though. I have concerns about it's longevity. It's at least 3 shades of blue lighter than our other unit...like it sat outside. There was no filter cover. The unit had 2 screws holding it together on one side, and heavy duty tape on the other side. You're lucky I give you 3 stars.

I was very pleased with the helpful staff and technicians, the quick shipping, and the performance of the oxygen concentrators. The reconditioned units I ordered were reasonably priced and appeared almost new when they arrived. I'll certainly return for future needs.
