Outdoors Bay is absolutely fantastic, like a little diamond on the internet. I recently purchased a Flir PTS233 60hz from them. The optic Came in 100% perfect condition and Alex was an amazing communicator via Email throughout the entire process. My product was delayed because of the manufacturer but when I called around to other NV/thermal sellers no one else was able to get one near as fast, and they all confirmed that there were production delays. Alex kept me informed the entire time and was a pleasure to do business with. I would give this company a 6/5 if I could. Edit: got the optic in Wednesday and by Saturday evening I was able to use it to successfully hunt a pig in pitch black conditions at a distance of 170 yards. I couldn’t be happier with the product or the customer service.

This company is totally legit. I ordered a brand new model high power S&B scope. It wasn't available immediately in the US so I was a little bit frustrated to see that I have to pay high dollar upfront. However, throughout the waiting period of 2 months, Outdoorsbay has kept me in the loop with updates and assurance of the shipment straight from S&B. After I received the scope, I discovered a minor defect, contacted Outdoorsbay and S&B as well. S&B has never responded but Outdoorsbay was on top of it and ensure that I received the exchange asap. Received the new perfect replacement scope on 12/06/2017. I couldn't be more happy. Thank you Outdoorsbay and Alex for helping me getting my dream scope. Be sure that I'll be a customer for life. I seemed to have endless questions regarding thermal scopes and Alex patently answer each one as I asked about brands, features and specs. After making a decision the order was promptly placed with the manufacturer and received within the timeframe expected. The brand I chose was an Armasight and I have to add that their support rep was also excellent to deal with.

I had purchased a thermal rifle scope, which, after receiving and having immediate problems with, I contacted the manufacturer for assistance. The manufacturer admitted that the firmware for this scope had "issues" with the thermal program. Disgusted with the fact that this manufacturer would ship me a defective product, I contacted Outdoors Bay to initiate a return. Alex at Outdoors Bay was extremely helpful with the process of returning the scope. I am now waiting to see if the manufacturer is going to refund all my money, including the shipping charges.Since I had lost over a week in trying to get a thermal scope for an upcoming trip, I place another order for a different scope from a different manufacturer. Alex was, again, very helpful in getting that scope built and shipped in time for my trip.I highly recommend Outdoors Bay for all your sporting needs.

Excellent entry level night vision monocular
I'm very impressed with this 1st gen monocular nv and the wide angle field of view. The use of the IR really allows me to see even more when switched on. The focus feature allows me to fine tune clarity at various ranges. Excellent product with fast shipping.

Very happy with these guys. I ordered some night vision binoculars (about USD650 in price.) They sent via USPS and sent me the tracking details so I could follow the parcel on its way. Arrived in Sydney within ten days (would have been quicker but it was held up for a days or so at customs and then Australia Post took a couple of days longer to deliver then I would have expected.) Company responded quickly to my queries. Very happy with the transaction/service as there is a great deal of trust involved when ordering from overseas.
