We ordered Holle formula for our twin…
We ordered Holle formula for our twin girls and unfortunately they needed a more specialized diet. We had put them on subscribe and save, and when it came time for the next shipment to send, I missed cancelling it due to several personal reasons. Even though they have a no refund policy, they worked with us to find a solution that was very kind and forgiving. Wonderful customer service, and the formula is fantastic, just sadly not for our twin girls. Highly recommend.

2 boxes of formula got lost
2 boxes of formula got lost. Said it was delivered to my house but I never received it. I notified the company and they very promptly located it and rerouted it back to me. Honestly it was quick, polite, and very reliable. Pleased with this company. Used them 5 years ago when my son was small as well. Never had issues.

Poor packaging
First shipment was great. Second shipment of 10 boxes were packaged poorly. Boxes looked like someone stepped on them. Reach out to customer service. Their response was that as long as the packaging in the boxes wasn’t damaged, it should be ok. It’s unfortunate that I had to leave this review, but if I’m spending $300 on their products, packaging should be pristine. We went to organicsbest and they crushed it.

Dangerously unreliable [got scammed]
Dangerously unreliable. Got scammed close to 100$ worth of baby formula when in emergency for our infant. We faced an emergency when we ran out of formula during our travels in the U.S., and our baby would only drink a specific kind. We were charged for products that were never delivered. Despite our assertion that we had not received it, we were treated as if we were dishonest. When I requested any proof of receipt, such as a signature or a photo of the package on our doorstep, they sent vague information about the product being allegedly dropped at a locker and insisted it was our responsibility to hunt it down. Either it is one of the harshest and laziest customer service or we just have to admit they’re in the business of scamming new parents. A company dealing with baby products is surely a good front. Well done.

Really Excellent Service
Really excellent service! I have purchased Lebenswert formula from this website multiple times. Every time it ships immediately and is at my door within 4 days. They're very reliable and consistent. I even had to cancel a very large order after it had been "shipped" and Emilie, the customer service rep who helped me, heard my issue (not regarding the formula itself) and canceled and refunded my order. Emilie also was very informative and kind.

Cheapest price/perfect shipping
Seems like this company got a lot of bad reviews and of course I didn’t see them until after I ordered which made me worried. Let me tell you, everything was perfect and I received exactly what I ordered at $22.50/box which is the cheapest I found anywhere online. It shipped through DHL and took 6 business days. Patrick sent a tracking number through email and I was able to watch its progress for days. Others may have had a bad experience during the formula shortage in the US but right now my experience was perfect. Thank you Patrick! Firstorganicbaby.com

Selling old (almost expired) and dirty packages
We got a package of formula that was dirty (and previously wet, as it has dirty wiping marks on the box). It also expires in 6 months. I ordered this before from a different shop and it was good for 1.5 years (when I got it) so the package I was sold here was at least on the shelf for a year and in the last 3rd of it's shelf life.IMHO it is not ok to sell that for full price (given that the box was dirty (even though the actual pouch inside was not compromised) and it was in the last 3rd of it's self life.I talked to their support and they told me that the shelf life is ok (they sell them down to 6 month of remaining shelf life) and the dirty box is ok too as the pouch inside was not impacted.

Absolutely wonderful customer service!
I am truly impressed by this company. I am from Europe and, while on vacation in the States, I was ordering baby formula from them because they are one of the very rare companies that offers good Biological European baby formulas (the ingredients offered in American baby formulas are a big NO for me). I received fast, reliable and great service every time! And not only that, at one point I ordered a few boxes, but then had to reschedule my flight and leave the States immediately and could not pick up my order. I explained to the company the situation and they helped me reroute the package back to them, and refunded me the money because they understood that I am not coming back to the States again and I cannot really use any coupons they can offer me. They were absolutely amazing- so fast to respond and so open to provide a solution. i was super happy with their service!

Never received package
Never received package, seller blames the shipper. Instead of reshipping the order, seller conveniently blames the shipper and deemed the package stolen and is not liable. Now I’m at a loss of time, money , and baby food. Need to buy elsewhere. I have attached the CEO response. Buy at your own risk and don’t say I didn’t warn you.
