*AVOID**AVOID**AVOID**AVOID**AVOID**AVOID*DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYSabsolutely terrible company, after they sell you a car you going to struggle to get in contact with someone I sent about 4 email and got 0 replies, I had to call about 5/6 times every time for someone to pick up the phone.When I purchased my car they said everything was in good working condition and the brake pads were recently changed so they were new, within a few days of using the car I started to hear some sound every time I use my brakes, got it checked and I was told that I have a seized caliper, I have tried to get in contact with them multiple times and every time I manage to I get told they will look into it and get back to me and I never hear from them again until I try to contact them again. I purchased a warranty with my car that I got on 16/11, they said the warranty would be activated from that point on and I would receive an email next Monday and I never got anything after multiple calls I finally got my warranty email saying my car was purchase on the 12/12 and then warranty was active from 11/12, so they completely lied to me at the beginning and gave the wrong information to the warranty as well.I have to contact multiple times since because seized calipers are not covered by the warranty and the mechanic say they would have been aware of this issue when swapping the brake pads out and they keep avoiding it not helping and just keep saying they will have a look and get back to me, completely horrible customer service.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I have contacted Alex and arranged a viewing on Saturday 20 Oct 24 for a LL68MPE Nissan Qashqai Tekna which are in him garage since my first message in July 24. When I have arrived there I checked the vehicle and when the engine started I felt the car vibration by hand door and when sat on the car seat. Initially I found it a bit strange as the car has just 40k covered. Also the left side fog lights misaligned, like if the car has been done any repaired after collision but obviously not been recovered as written off from an insurance! Therefore I've asked him for a test drive but him didn't allow me to do since to prior full funds been cleared. I told him I would to buy the car but I never bought a vehicle without do a test driving first. He has arguments if car has any issue he would to refund me every penny! So I silly trusted him and paid £500 deposit to come back middle of week and collect the car. When I back home I realise about that scenario and decided to looking for they reviews online which make me concerned and frustrated as anything wrong really happening with this. Monday morning 21 Oct 24 I have called him and explained that I had an issue with the finance and I couldn't go ahead with the transaction anymore and if could him do refund my £500 pounds. Initially he said ok then after second call he said the refund would be £195 because his mechanic has change oil filter and aligned the fog light. I said it is not worth as he needs to give the car in condition and not charging anything about it as him has mentioned the car has been done recently service! I just agreed to save my partial refund back and then opened an online claim against this low life dealer! I drove 3hrs between to viewing the car and back home, I was purchasing a vehicle valued of £12795 and this lier low life old miserable man tried to gain money on me! Please if you are reading this prior for visit them, AVOID for completely this place, him is a toxic human ever!Ps: he has add on receipt £195 for 6 months warranty which I was agreed and £195 for oil filter which i wasn't aware and not been told for him! He'll try to steal your money for everywhere he could take! AVOID THIS ELEMENT!

These people are not to be trusted!. Say anything to get you off the phone. I have not in my 70 years , been lied to and fobbed off my any company .Unbelievably, I have been asking for 3 months for a sales invoice for my accountant.Despite repeated promises to do this ,never materialised. Promise to pay 50%of work that was needed on my vehicle ,no action on this!!. A very suspect company , steer clear!!

zero stars sadly not an option. I paid seven grand for a jaguar xf in march. car was delivered to me with the engine light on. tried to drive to local garage to find out the fault and the car was all over the road, making loud banging noises. car inspected by mot tester with long list of faults including 4 buckled wheels and no dpf. looks like an undeclared insurance write off. dealership said they would come and get the car back but blocked my number. the car was on finance so I had to keep paying until the finance company investigated and confirmed these guys have a long list of company names and they just shut down when the complaints get on top of them. the lender has now taken the car away and they will fight these crooks on my behalf.
