Onerep has been fantastic and terrific…
Onerep has been fantastic and terrific in helping scrub my personal details. My only suggestion is that some people also have my same name and it's not me. It would b useful to set up a tool to solicit input from the client ( me) as to whether I want to proceed with trying to eliminate information that may or may not be my personal information. There are several on my dashboard that are not 'me'.

Utterly useless. Update: worse than useless.
Signed up, page is grayed out and useless. No page navigation. Can't log out. No tech support, phone or email. No nothing. Next day, asked for additional information. Okay, it got worse. - The promised callback never occurred. It would have been too much to expect that anyone would answer the phone. - Waited two hours for the chat Personal Assistant to respond. Again, nothing. Gave up, got this email:System (OneRep Support Team)Feb 4, 2026, 02:54 GMT+3(01:24:44) *** Ronald joined the chat ***(01:24:45) Ronald: Delete my account. You're more trouble than you're worth.(01:25:17) Ronald: Delete my account and remove my information from your records. Going elsewhere.(01:37:56) Ronald: 5:37 PM.(01:42:21) Ronald: Queue position: 3 Hello?(01:42:33) Ronald: 5:42 PM.(02:15:02) Ronald: 6:14 PM.(02:15:34) Ronald: I've been waiting for hours for a callback.(02:54:45) *** Ronald left the chat ***They couldn't get the date right. That was Feb 3, not Feb 4. Maybe they should adjust their calendars.- Someone named 'Anthony' did eventually send an email. By then I had decided I'd wasted enough time.- And here I'm asked for 'additional information' about my initial complaint after having given up on them, i.e. to provide free consulting services for them. - Still waiting for them to delete my account as requested. Still no response. So my complaint has still not been resolved, and I'm still wasting my time.

Onerep has deleted it all! About 99% of my public information that was online is now gone. As a public figure, recruiting the Onerep team was an important task and I'm so glad I did it.

Thanks for asking my feedback. When I signed up for it, I was promised that my personal info along with my address will be removed within a few weeks. However, it has not yet happened after a year ago or so. If you search on my full name ‘Manju Mehta’. It displays my home address and other info. My accounts have been hacked and I had a break in a few years ago.Is it not within OneRep power to remove my info? If so, please let me know so that I can find another way to do that and cancel my membership. I rarely get a call back, hope someone responds.Thanks,Manju3234289065

Providing Peace of Mind
Their consistency is great. The monthly reports are helpful. And when I have found my info back out on a site and reported it, they are quick to take action on it and get the request to remove my info out to the site.

A great job by OneRep
It's always great to receive a monthly report that includes how most of the many sites were removed. I never like to see there are some sites that are still present, but at least, are in the process of being removed. Some of these sites just keep reposting your info not long after it is removed. I can see that this is an never-ending task for OneRep and I appreciate that they are continually working to get the info down.Overall, I am pleased with the work of OneRep. I can't even begin to imagine one's trying to accomplish what they are so effectively doing.I feel confident that OneRep is doing an excellent job.
