These guys REALLY impressed me
Gone is my fear of mechanics. I finally found a place to go where I'm treated with honesty, patience and respect. They diagnosed everything accurately the first time, were able to fix it for far less than I anticipated, and listened to and answered my millions of questions. So grateful to have a trustworthy and awesome mechanic in NYC!

Good job guys
I was told by a friend to go to Prestige auto shop in east Harlem to have my auto repair work done. My car was making a scraping noise when I stopped so I had my wife take it to Prestige for service. They checked the brakes and suggested replacement of my front brake pads and they were able to resurface my rotors instead of replace them. I am very happy with the way they treated her and we will be back for other auto repair in the future.

Amazing customer service and an HONEST business. I have had nothing but great experiences at this repair shop and have sent several friends here. prestige auto shop truly takes the time to explain what is wrong with your vehicle and what needs to be ordered/fixed. They tell you honest scenarios and give you advice as to what they would do in your situation. We all know cars are expensive and stressful when things go wrong, so it is a breath of fresh air when you find a mechanic you can trust.... especially as a female!!

This is an awesome place, great ppl great work, ask for Raffi, change breaks auto body - you name it these guys do it... i love it that they do not try to hassle with me, very honest trustworthy guys - this is alot for a mechanic, everyone thinks mechanics try to put one over you, but this is why i love these guys, they do not want what they did not work for and give me, very satisfied... I RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE... GREAT FIND IN NYC

Family In Distress
Unfortunately my family broke down on the FDR Drive and Prestige was there to help. I explained my situation to the dispatcher , and it was like a breathe of fresh air to know that someone would take into consideration that my two children were with me. To my understanding that person made us a priority due to that fact. I'm very appreciative of this person and company for keeping my family immediately safe. Not only that back on the road some short time after.
