Had ordered several times and never had issues. The last orders seemed to be packed weird and the packaging looked slightly different. Not sure if the design just changed or anything is wrong.
I am shocked at the negative reviews for this company. My guess is these are from competitors flooding Trustpilot with phony comments. NOW Foods supplements are highly tested and one of THE best supplement companies out there. As they have tested other companies products & publicized results at times, showing both good and bad results, other companies are no doubt out to get them. I have purchased many products from them for over 15 years, and also use other companies.

Do not trust this company or any products they sell as they are not what they are and have wrong labels and wrong types from powders being crystals and mislabeled and they have no accountability to consumer which NOW CONSUMERS NEED TO MAKE FACELESS GIANT CORPORATIONS ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR INDIFFERENCE TO THE PROBLEMS THEY CAUSE CUSTOMERS
Ordered curcumin. And let me tell you this really was curcumin. The effect was very noticeable. I am shocked by the lack of appreciation shown here on Trustpilot. It is brands like this that offer these supplements at decent prices that actually make some of them affordable. While being trustworthy. Take these away and quality+trustworthiness becomes a nightmare. I take their tactic of exposing other supplement brands, while essentially putting themselves in a vulnerable position (haters) willingly also as a sign of very strong confidence. And you should aswell, because if these products weren't legit they would have been exposed by now. Anyway my experience is I fully trust this company.
I don't think there are vitamins in their vitamins. D3 not working the way other D3 vitamins work. Someone needs to test their efficacy.
NOW Foods has been my forever go-to for supplements. I always have their Omega-3 fish oil and Vitamin C kicking around. Being at an age where you really start noticing the little aches and sniffles, that Omega just seems to keep my joints feeling way, way better. And the Vitamin C? That's my absolute secret weapon for giving my immune system a little kick, especially when everyone around me starts getting those sniffles."
The website would not accept my credit card. I tried to get help and the phone number sends me to a home alert devise. What a mess.
NOW vitamins obtains their ingredients from China. On their bottles they state: "Manufactured for NOW FOODS" They didn't tell us who manufacturers NOW products. NOW doesn't deny this. They also cast some blame on Amazon for selling NOW vitamins with Chinese ingredients. I have MS, their vitamins are dangerous! I'm keeping a few bottles of various vitamins and sending them to the health department. Remember, NOW vitamins knows the dangers of using Chinese ingredients, but they didn't seem to care. Money, money... I've personally banned all NOW vitamins after reading a few specific lies, one stating that no one can have any vitamin C, unless they get it from China. Do a search on that, find out NOW Lies! Possibly look to Source Naturals, or other REAL REPUTABLE vitamin companies. Beware of NOW's ethically reckless practices, it's your health and life at risk when taking a pill made up of ingredients from China, then repackages them in Bloomingdale, Illinois. I'm disgusted NOW vitamins is allowed to sell any vitamins, knowing they use Chinese ingredients and lie about Chinese ingredients being the only way to get Vitamin C. Apparently few to no ingredients are from America, bottle reads "Globally Sourced ingredients", but do a search, specifically asking if their ingredients are from China. Ridiculous! Lock up the poisoner's, beware of NOW. They're poisoning the USA!
Now Foods seems like pointing fingers solely to Amazon for its fake supplements. First of all Now Foods need to look at them self. Their supplements packaging does not have proper seal. Its easy to open and replace with fake ones. Hope they will honestly learn this.
I read a review of a lab test made of Now Food Organic Kelp Pure Powder in November, 2024, that reported "extraordinary and outrageous" levels of cadmium (380 ppb) and arsenic (81,000 ppb) in the supplement. The review cautioned anyone taking it to stop immediately and consider contacting their doctor to have their blood levels checked for these heavy metals. After reading the review, I went to the NOW Foods website and wrote a comment under the Organic Kelp Pure Powder link reiterating the information I had read. A few days later, I received a general email stating that my comment had been moderated and rejected because I had apparently mentioned a 3rd party name. No mention was made about the content of my comment raising serious concerns about their product, and replies to their general email were blocked. I haven't tried contacting the company since then, but I see that their Organic Kelp Powder is still being sold. I don't feel I can trust this company that may have failed to do rigorous testing of its kelp powder and ignored a public response to its potential dangers, while continuing to sell and promote it as safe and highly beneficial to health.

Horrific company. I have med several email attempts to different addresses in their site regarding safety issues with their products. No answer. That’s not what you want from a company selling health products.
I love all of their essential oils. It's the only brand I trust to purchase from Amazon or Whole Foods. They make for great cleaning, diffusing and additions to my face oils and lotions. They are priced great as well.
Wrong capsules vitamin K2 capsules sold They are green and taste like plant leaves.They should be white. I am so worried about this!!
So low quality products
NAC developed dark brown spots after 2 weeks only, caused me terrible side effects like heart palpitations and dizzyness. NOW Foods claims this is normal and nothing to worry about. Then why didn't I get these issues with other brands?

I purchased some Dopa Mucuna (natural L-Dopa) to help restore my dopamine levels after some heavy legal supplement use. The product i was using (not going to name it) is legal to buy and unscheduled in the US. I didn't know how bad the widthdrawls were going to be when I stopped, or when taking breaks. I depletes a lot of dopamine in the brain so when you WD from it it's not pleasant. The supplement i was taking worked on opioid receptors and dopamine so WD was horrible. Restless Legs, more like restless body is such a horrible uneasy feeling and Mucuna Dopa basically helped take it away. I took 2 capsules, which i actually found to be to much for my first time because it caused this strange tightness around my head. It wasn't like a headache but its hard to explain. Anyway I only take Mucuna Dopa on my off days from the legal supplement I take. I take one capsule twice a day and find its enough to do what I need it to do. It gets rid of the uneasy feeling you get coming off of some supplements and I can tell you that now foods sells quality supplements and their Mucuna Dopa is potent stuff. If your going to try it start with only one capsule to allow your body to adjust to it. Taking it with Vitamin B6 also helps with the absorbtion of Mucuna Dopa. A lot of vendors on Amazon sell Mucuna Dopa but I don't trust many of them. When I see now foods selling it I'll buy it because they are a trustworthy company. Thank you Now Foods!!!
