Unfortunately a really poor experience…
Unfortunately a really poor experience overall.It's also worrying when a solicitor who has been working on your case for three years bids on the same case on lawbid when I was looking for a different opinion.A year has been effectively wasted as the firm failed to get the correct information last year and I was an email away from paying 8k in court fees which weren't needed.Have lodged a complaint and requested plus 5k back in wasted legal fees.From 2021 to August 2023 they were functional but since then have been ineffective and negligent.

North Ford Solicitors ruined my life
I had a dispute with my employer and I instructed a legal firm to work for me on a case. they worked on my case for 4 months and prepared all the required documents like sample witness statements, bundles and other supporting documents, I felt they are not doing good, and asked them to not work for me.I was searching for another legal firm in my local area to take support, and continue the case, and i found this firm, North Ford Solicitors, and I instructed this firm to support me on a my case. The first phone call I had with Salmaan Islam, was encouraging and promising, lead me to believe this North Ford Solicitors, and I had an excellent case.I have shared all the documents those are prepared by other solicitors firm and all other supporting documents.Then as the days went on and thousands spent (24900 pounds), Salmaan Islam misguided me asking me to file an application to add Discrimination to the case along with unpaid wages complaint, he didn't tell me the consequences of it and time and cost, he charged 8000 pounds for it, And barrister charged 1440 pounds, and on the final judgement day, we had to withdraw this Discrimination application.Another worst part of this firm and Salmaan Islam and Saidee Qureshi is they used Bundle, Witness Statement which are prepared by my first solicitors, they didnt change even a single letter in bundle and witness statement. but they have charged 24900 pound in total.They used to give me couple of days to pay the dues, and states saying , if we dont receive funds in 2 days, we will stop acting on your case, it was like punishment taking North Ford Solicitor Services.End of Jun, we received judgement in favor to us. North For Solicitors didn't contribute anything to win the case, and they made many mistakes in the email communications and the document they prepared, you don't believe they could not find the difference between debtor and lender, they have misplaced lenders information in the bundle that share with us, I had to many corrections.After the judgement, North Ford Solicitors shared their firm's account details with the respondent to get money, respondent transferred money to their firms account but North Ford Solicitors didn't inform me about it. I sent more than 5 emails on the same asking why didnt you inform me. But they didnt bother to reply to my emails. responded after more than a week saying that's the legal procedure. but i dont know what is the procedure. And still they have that money with them, they didnt pay me yet. I have shared all the required details with them to get my money. they sent an email, saying we are looking into it, it will take 7 days.I would not recommend Salmaan Islam and Saidee Qureshi and North Ford Solicitors, and have no ethics and moralities. This firm made my life a lot more stressful, tearful and I had to re live everything for no reason. they looted all my hard earned money, I sold my property to pay to them, and they still have my money with them, tried in all the ways to get my money but no luck, I am in the process to filing a legal complaint to RSA and Legal Ombudsman against this firm and Salmaan Islam and Saidee Qureshi.They could not make a single change in the documents, This firm contribution in nothing in winning this case, because documents created by other firm, and you still have my winning money with you, I have paid 24900 to your firm, and I won 28000 including tax. and your firm was the reason that I could not make cost application, as you have taken my money from my respondent.My review is a true reflection of North Ford Solicitors, Salmaan Islam and Saidee Qureshi.
