Good deal happy camper
Chris was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to up sale me to something out of my price range. Yeah we all want some L3s or something comparable for nothing short of an arm or leg or even a first born child. I settled on the NL1 series. Great product btw if it was good enough for us during our GWOT days. They’ll get the job done anywhere you go. Ordered over the thanksgiving holiday and received the precious within 5 days with expedited shipping. So Christmas came early gentleman couldn’t be happier. Long live the Republic

Absolutely amazing team
Absolutely amazing team, they helped with every single question I had. There wasn’t any miscommunication or holdups at all. The Gen 3s I ordered look amazing with zero blemishes and it was all shipped extremely quick.

Buyer beware. No warranty support or communication.
Initially had good contact with the company while waiting for an item. As soon as the item was received NVG PVS14.It was determined to be a clone body and not a true PVS14 housing. Ontop of the issue of bad marketing practices. The unit had a defective helicoil which was brought to their attention.Since the item was delivered they have failed to communicate upon the issue and are not standing behind the warranty they claim to have. Buyer beware.

NVG - Bait and Switch???
Update: It took a little bit to get through to Team - which is something they still need to work to improve upon and not showing up to scheduled calls is a bad look for any business. But, at the end of the day though, NVG took care of business and I received the unit I had ordered. It's a top tier unit with excellent specs and I was really thrilled with the performance the 1st time i used it. I'll still being using them for all my thermal and nvg going forward.

I am not generally a person to write a review first off. It seems hard these days, in my experience, to find a good business with good customer service at the forefront. NVG has surprised me. I order a monocular and a thermal scope that was to be released sometime this month. I contacted them to find out when the thermal would be in and if they were going to wait before shipping the 2 units together. NVG responded quickly and decided to send my monocular right away and once the new thermal got in send that later. To my surprise I got an email saying it was shipped the next day and upgraded to overnight shipping. They didn't even tell me that they did the overnight shipping upgrade. I emailed back when I got the unit right away and showed my appreciation. I then received an email right back with NVG explanation that they just wanted me to have a unit to take out for the weekend at least. It was such a good gesture and shows that they genuinely are here to make customers happy and communicate along the entire process. Hands off to you guys because it's far and between to find this now days. I greatly appreciate it once again and I am certainly a returning customer and will spread this as much as I can with my friends and family. These guys are great. If your in the market you can't go wrong here and me personally I wouldn't look any further.

Great all around experience
It’s started out with an email on an inquiry of a Pvs14 monocular and its availability. Within a day I had a response that they didn’t have it but they had something equivalent to what I was looking for. The quick response had me partially sold. Mind you I did read most of the reviews on these guys but the web will eat anybody up who just started in the field so pay attention to the dates if that’s what you’re doing. Because they’ve progressed since then and that’s why I’m here writing this because I really don’t take the time to write reviews. Felix in sales responded to every email I sent and kept me in the loop on the build. We had a hiccup of a wrong part. Understandable. The biggest hiccup was the carrier which wasn’t NVG’s fault. But in all I got exactly what I ordered along with the tube spec sheet within a few weeks. Used it last night for the first time controlling the coyote population here in south Florida and that’s why I had to take the time and pay it forward to anyone that’s shopping for a Pvs14 because the clarity and quality of this unit plus their communication skills is the least I can do especially for the amount of money you can spend so it’s easy to get anxious waiting on your product. Let me add NVG’s prices actually were less than the manufacturer themselves which was AGM. Mind blown. So I’m just here to pay it forward. So thank you Felix and the NVG fam. I’ll be back to get the other half of my nod’s when I pay this one off.

I had several questions so I reached out to the team at NVG and they got back to me the morning of the very next day. ( it was 12:30am when I initially emailed them) they answer my questions and seemed friendly and helpful despite me, not knowing exactly what I was talking about. I ended up getting a NV unit that I’ve always wanted and the proper mounting for that. So far my experience has been A+ five stars all the way. Thank you NVG team

In preparation for purchasing from Night Vision Guys (NVG), I did my homework—digging through forums, review sites, and end-user feedback. Knowing how ruthless the internet and the 2A and hunting communities can be, I took everything with a grain of salt. Now, I’m here to say: I’m glad I trusted my gut.Last week, I ordered a unit from NVG. Before pulling the trigger, I scheduled a same-day, 30-minute call with Felix Teper, who answered every question and offered to hand-select tubes for my order. His customer service was stellar, but I stayed (healthily) skeptical until I had the unit in hand.I opted for next-day air, fully aware of the 3-5 day lead time. Felix kept his word and promptly provided shipping info. The kicker? The unit arrived in just three days—before UPS even updated tracking! I was thrilled but stayed grounded. I still had to open the box, and see the specs for myself. I also still had to sneak past my beautiful wife-kraken, as I had not yet broken the news, the stitches still fresh from my kidney sale. Never fear, diamonds will make up for this debauchery. Still, there was credible intelligence that she might garrote me from the bushes as I crossed the threshold into the house. When I opened the box—wow. The specs surpassed what Felix and I discussed, and the unit performed flawlessly. The so-called “idiosyncrasies” from online reviews were non-issues for me. Shipping was way faster than I…
Shipping was way faster than I expected. The specs sheets specs are higher than the description. The unit itself is better than my buddies 2200fom WP PVS14. Currently, I run it on a helmet, the right side of the Rayvn dual mount, paired with a Armasight Sidekick 640 on the left. Awesome setup, but might change to dual nods and won't hesitate to buy another. Thanks for the attention to detail and high quality NV Guys.

Bought the Pulsar Talion XQ35
Bought the Pulsar Talion XQ35. I had a few issues (on my end) and texted the contact number on New Years Eve. They replied and walked me through it. ON NEW YEARS EVE!!!!!!! Excellent support and pricing. Even with the holidays, it shipped out rather quickly, and arrived 2 days early. Will definitely do business with them again.

Awesome company
Awesome company. Ordered and got my 2 products about a week. This was even during the Christmas, New year holidays. I purchased ATN Thor 5 LRF 3x12 320 and a blazeseeker 207. Few hours with charging, learning the systems of both, hooking both to my phone, mounting my optic. I am now all but ready for some good range time. Thank you for the awesome service and great products.

Bought a pvs14 and knew before hand there was two weeks before they coud ship. Around two weeks they contacted me and let me know there was an issue with the supplier (no fault of their own) they stayed in contact with me till I received the item. The Pvs14 I received was awesome. It was clearer than the competitions of the same comparative product my buddy had.

Over promised
On good faith I put my order in for NVG PVS Gen 3.Put the order in 11-21-24. Was looking forward to learning in on the weekend. So I paid the $200 to have it shipped next day- It said on the site "in stock"Next day turned into one week- Fedex delivered 11-29-24.Now I have no faith in the company. Not even sure the product is what is stated.

NVG surprised me with an upgrade!
I purchased my first thermal with Night Vision Guys. I bought the lower end AGM asp-micro tm160, but NVG sent me a refurbished AGM taipan tm 15-256. I was pleasantly surprised with the upgrade and the item was like "new". When I had questions, they were very quick to respond. Because of my positive experience I had with NVG. I plan to purchase my thermal scope from them.
