Ordered a Seahawks sweatshirt after…

Ordered a Seahawks sweatshirt after they won the Super Bowl only for it to arrived damaged and ripped. As they are out of the XL size all I can get is a refund or a 10% partial refund and keep the item that is straight up ripped in the middle. Absolute trash

DO NOT SHOP AT NFLSHOP.COM (ALDO KNOWN AS FANATICS)I did and my nightmare lasted 3 months and cost me A LOT of money!! - if I could give this a -10 (or more) I would!I first ordered a Men's M sweatshirt and what they sent was more like a Women's XS, then they charge you to return items (which they don't tell you) and to make your experience even better they will not return your money back to your original payment card, UNLESS YOU PAY A $10 PENALTY FEE. WHAT????Then, if that wasn't bad enough, they sent me a wrong t-shirt which did not have an order #, BECAUSE NO ONE ORDERED IT🤦🏼‍♀️, then when I try to be honest and return it, I am treated like I am the problem, BECAUSE THERE'SNO ORDER # ! BROTHER!!!!The customer service is a joke, as they will lie to you and they have no clue how to resolve issues! Do yourself a favor and find a reputable company to order sports gear from. IF THIS IS AN OFFICIAL NFL SHOP THAN THE NFL NEEDS TO RETHINK THIS ONE, ITS PUTTING A VERY BLACK MARK ON YOUR NAME!!

I ordered a recliner 2-3 weeks ago that is now on sale by $200. Instead of giving a price adjustment they want me to return the chair and pay the $179 shipping twice, making it stupid to return it. I could see if I had it for over a month and it’s actually still in the box. If my husband didn’t love it for his man cave I would return it and NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN

Hat never came

Ordered hat at playoffs, that was promised delivery before the superbowl. Called twice, only got excuses and lies. Never got hat for superbowl. No help. Bad business.

Disappointed with Delayed Super Bowl Order - 1 Star

I placed an order on February 3rd for six matching family shirts to wear for our Super Bowl celebration. The website promised delivery by February 6th, which was crucial for our plans.As of February 7th (the day before the Super Bowl), only two of the six shirts have arrived. According to tracking information, two additional shirts may be delivered today, and the remaining two haven't even shipped yet—with estimated delivery after the Super Bowl has already concluded.This delay meant my family couldn't wear our matching shirts for the game we'd planned to watch together, which was disappointing for both my children and grandchildren. When ordering time-sensitive items for specific events, reliable delivery is essential.Unfortunately, NFLShop.com did not meet these expectations despite their stated delivery timeline. For future holiday and event orders, I'll be using retailers with more dependable shipping, such as Amazon.

Never, Ever shop with this merchant!

As soon as the Seahawks won the NFC conference, I ordered a championship shirt. Conference champion gear typically sells out. I paid for expedited shipping, $8.99 to have the shirt by the Super Bowl. It was supposed to be delivered February 5th. UPS had never received the item.NFL shop wants me to wait until February 10th before they reorder the shirt. It will most likely be sold out by then. AND I paid expedited shipping. They won’t check with UPS. I have tried the chat several times and I get the same answer. This is awful customer service and a terrible policy. At least call UPS like any other merchant I have ever dealt with and see what is going on. Lazy and not at all customer friendly. This is your error. Fix it.

Shipping failure

Received notice that my NE Patriots Drake Maye hoodied arrived today at 4pm. Nope. Hit up the chat....long story short.....I have to "wait 4 more days (Febuary 8th) to follow up on missing shipment. Sometimes they get posted delivered but still take a few days to show up". *SERIOUSLY*?

Ordered an in stock jersey, paid to expedite. Day before I was supposed to receive it they sent an email stating delivery would not be fore another 10 days. Tried to speak to a person, that was worthless!

Order Cancellation and Shipping Responsibility

I placed an order for a Super Bowl shirt on Monday morning, the day after the playoff game. With the Super Bowl still two weeks away, I selected standard shipping (3–7 business days), which should have been sufficient.Later that same day, after reviewing the order confirmation, I realized the estimated delivery date was February 9 — the day after the Super Bowl. This was unacceptable, especially considering the order had not shipped and was reportedly going to take up to three days just to be sent out.Before the end of that same Monday, I attempted to cancel the order due to the lack of any guarantee that the shirt would arrive on time. Despite the order not having shipped, I was told it could not be canceled and that only a cancellation request could be submitted to the warehouse, with no confirmation or guarantee.If it takes multiple days to process and ship an order, then either the company should upgrade the shipping at no cost to ensure timely delivery, or allow the customer to cancel the order without issue. Refusing both options places the burden entirely on the customer for a problem that could have been easily resolved.I ordered this item specifically for the Super Bowl. Being told it would arrive after the event, while also being denied the ability to cancel, reflects very poorly on your customer service and order fulfillment process.I am requesting that this issue be addressed promptly, either through cancellation and refund or an appropriate resolution. Customers should not be forced to accept late delivery for event-specific merchandise just because they cannot get it ship the next day.

I tried to get my military discount

I tried to get my military discount, but that wasn't applied at the checkout, even after confirming with ID.me 3 times. Then I contacted customer support and had to confirm all my information with the stupid AI chat bot, AND AGAIN with the representative that talked with me (Carla). I downloaded the transcript if you want that information. Finally, Carla stopped responding to me for 15+ minutes, so I have no resolution. At this point, I think I should get twice the military discount, due to my experience with this service.

I ordered a Drake Maye jersey on December 19th for my daughter for a Christmas gift, realizing that it would probably not be here for Christmas. Here we are on January 24th and still have not received the item. Would never buy anything from NFL shop.com.

Wrong size, wrong team!

Tee shirts ordered. Received Wrong size for one, and the wrong team for another. Shockingly bad. Why don’t the NFL keep an eye on this and sanction them/pull the plug?

Follow up to review on 1/8

This is a follow up to my review from 1/8/26. After I left the bad review, I received a call (which I missed) The message said they would like to discuss how to rectify the situation. Upon calling back, I spoke with a customer service rep that said “ sorry, we still can’t change the ecard to a credit card return.” I am perplexed why they would call to make it right and then not make it right! Infuriating! Please don’t waste your money on this company! Update 1/16- I was offered a coupon for 30 percent off an item (instead of giving me my money back as they should have. I’m pretty sure their company has enough $ for a $75 refund) Response to latest :I did NOT choose a refund method. It was chosen for me by your company!

Poor quality items even worse customer care

I purchased 2 items before Christmas. When they arrived one was an XL in women’s but it was sized to fit a child. The other, an XL in men’s ran small. The zipper was all plastic and was stuck, wouldn’t zip up or down. I was afraid to break it. I sent them back but was faced with a nearly $10 return fee per item. Wow that’s a lot! Then they issued me 2 gift cards for my return. I tried to get them to give me my money back to which they responded they couldn’t. I’m not sure why even though I told them the issue and that I wouldn’t be ordering from them again. I was forced to have those gift cards. I ordered again to at least get something out of it and lo and behold, the next time I got was so cheap, so thin. I paid over $100 for it and could have found something better at a dollar store for $10. I returned it immediately and wouldn’t you know it, I was given gift cards again. I tried and tried to get them to refund me money instead of gift cards as I don’t want to do business with them at all. They explained again they can’t. The problem isn’t that they can’t it’s that they won’t. They don’t care about customers they just sell cheap items and force you to keep doing business with them by giving you gift cards and continually charging outrageous fees to return their junk to them. Buyer beware. You can get better quality gear anywhere else and better service too. This company is terrible, greedy and doesn’t care about the people who bring them business. If I could give a zero, it wouldn’t be enough.

Not to be trusted!!

Not to be trusted!!! I ordered two rookie cards (Peyton Manning and Jerry Rice) with autographs. Pictures on the site showed nearly perfect corners. Cards received were not even close to what was shown. When I contacted customer service, they went round and round saying the signatures might nit represent exactly what was shown on the site. They refused to address the real concern with terrible card corners. Not to be trusted.

Cost increase after ordering

A handful of times now I’ve placed an order with a discount code, where it shows the discounted price throughout the entire checkout process. As soon as I hit the final button, it says ‘order confirmed’ with the original price without discount. It’s incredibly disappointing that they lead people on with a great price and then once they commit payment it goes up an insane amount.I’ve run into this on several occasions this last year, for several different products. Had to cancel all of my orders. Do not recommend, feels very sneaky!

Ongoing Issues and Gift Card Not Activated

I have had ongoing issues with NFLShop.com since November. The original store credit I received did not work. I contacted customer service multiple times and was repeatedly told it was active. I eventually asked to speak with a supervisor, who was also not helpful, and only after getting very firm did anything move forward.After finally placing an order, it took a long time to arrive. After Christmas, I returned the item as this was a gift and they wanted a different color and was issued a gift card refund. The gift card did not work. I called customer service three times and was told each time it was active when it was not. I then received an email stating the gift card was activated, yet it still did not work, requiring another call.This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and customers should not have to repeatedly call and escalate issues just to use credits they are owed.

Deceptive Practices

I bought a lululemon jacket for $138.00. It was received 9/17/25. Problem free. When the gift was opened, it didn't fit. I utilized online chat to do an exchange for the proper size and was informed they don't do exchanges and I would be discounted the return shipping fee. I agreed and initiated the return 12/26 and received an email confirmation of the $138.00 return purchase price. I did not reorder the item.On 12/28, I received an email that the item was now on sale for $96.00. I hit the link in the email and purchased the same item in the correct size this time. On 12/29 I received an email confirmation that my original $138.00 purchase would now be credited at the sale price. So when I wanted to do an exchange it was impossible. However, now my 2 distinct transactions several days apart are somehow linked. Also, I have paid shipping and return fees and a fee for choosing a credit card credit instead of an in store credit/gift card. Why would anyone want an in store credit with all of these corporate shenanigans? Oh- the on-line chats and calls are a waste if time. There are many unethical practices in play with this company.

NFL Shop appears to be a poorly run…

NFL Shop appears to be a poorly run company that doesn't care about customer experience. Received two apparel items as a Christmas gift, and needed to exchange for larger size. Website gave bogus instructions for gift return, so we gave up after some time of trying to make it work. There was no phone number listed on the web site, so I tried chat. Chat was a horrible experience, also. Wrong answers, VERY slow responses from agent, lots of stalling, wouldn't answer questions. I've been on chat an hour(!!!), and I still haven't received return instructions. Chat has gone dead. Not sure what to do now. Phone number, phone number, phone number.
