Snow/Injury upset
Sadly I had to cancel my tickets due to the snow storm and an injury preventing me from travelling. My flight back to UK was cancelled due to tge storm and I was feeling upset to also miss the show. Micheal was kind and u derstanding issuing a voucher - which I have passed to my hosts as a thank you for my rehabilitation time! Really kind of you and greatly appreciated. I will book again with such a good company.

Super easy experience in terms of ticket purchasing. The sales associates are genuinely so helpful and attentive throughout the entire purchasing process. Prices are very fair as well. Not usual for me to write testimonials, but here I am. Thanks!

Don't buy any tickets from New York…
Do not buy any tickets from New York Theater unless you are 100% sure to show up for their shows. Spending over $20 per ticket to purchase the "Ticket Protection" does NOT cover your expenses. It covers only a year from the purchased date (not the show) to find another show: will not refund any money even you had to cancel the tickets within 6 hours. They will not refund your money, only a voucher. Period. Ticket Protection is a scam. * updates: Provided information requested via email.

"Ticket Protection" does NOT protect…
"Ticket Protection" does NOT protect your expense. Apparently buried away in the legalese where they know customer will miss is the fact they will not refund your money. Period. Ticket Protection is a scam. They respond to a ticket cancellation with a voucher--as if going to New York City is something that does not require a couple thousand dollars of transportation and hotels. "Oh, I'll just hop onto my private jet next weekend to use my New York Theatre Guide VOUCHER."

Very trust worthy
I was having issues with locating my tix and hoping to exchange them. After interchange with AI, I was connected to person who understood all my issues and was very helpful. I was uncertain about using TheatreGuide but they were terrific!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!I purchased 4 tickets with ticket protection form NY Theater Guide. I wanted to get a refund on just one ticket because one person in our party is now unable to attend. They don't honor your ticket refund unless you cancel your entire purchase (all 4 tickets) and then you receive a voucher for the 4 tickets for another show. I then asked if I could sell the one ticket on Stub Hub or another reputable re-sale site. NOPE!!! They would not allow transfer of the ticket (a > $200 ticket!).DO NOT BUY FROM THIS TICKET SITE. DO NOT. You will be sorry.Buy directly from the Gershwin Theater or Ticketmaster!!!
