Fun easy and totally legit, my favorite rewards site
It's the best way to make money
I have some points to redeem. The only way I can do this is by "providing government id". I have never heard of this with the other surveys I do.I do not think this is something that is necessary or safe...
It was a good experience to this company I love it
I did not mean to go there
It's very good 👍
They need to fix the surveys. Half of them I don’t “qualify” for, one of the surveys took a half hour to complete and kept repeating the same questions over and over again and then the system kicked me out, what a waste of time! Tried to contact customer service and they were no help.
Very nice and good wapsite 👍
Mark Valdez provided me exceptional service for my car loan. He was very prompt on his follow-up calls. He contacted the dealership prior to me going to see the car and spoke with the finance manager and the manager. This made my car purchase go extra smooth. Mark, thanks again. You are truly an asset to MyPoint. God bless.
Hike Foot Wear is easy to work with. Honest! Understanding!
Absolutely unacceptable experience.I was participating in an offerwall game through MyPoints and was on track to earn roughly $800 by completing clearly defined milestones. I followed the rules, played legitimately, and even spent my own money to ensure I could meet the time based milestones. With multiple milestones completed and $178 already earned, my account was suddenly deactivated just days before the remaining rewards were due to credit. Support claimed “noncompliance” without providing any specific evidence or explanation, effectively voiding all progress and rewards. This platform allows users to invest time and money, then removes access with no warning and no meaningful recourse. If you rely on transparency or fairness, avoid MyPoints.
How to this scam offer wall have this many fake reviews. I tried using this offer wall and only got like two reward out of 7 and I couldn't even create a ticket.
I am confused
Prodege, LLC, 8605 Santa Monica Blvd PMB 36227, West Hollywood, CA 90069-4109, is associated with MyPoints, SwagBucks, InBox and other online sites in which you can earn points for answering surveys, submitting receipts and so on.Upromise also uses the same receipt submission system as those sites so I suspect they are connected with that site also. The points earned can be redeemed for cash via PayPal or gift cards.I attempted to cash out enough points on MyPoints for a $15 gift card.Their system then displayed a error message stating:"There was a problem sending your verification code. Please note: Prepaid or VOIP phone numbers are not allowed at this time."This was the same cell phone and number as I've used for other redemptions of points.Their so called customer service then replied via email that I must submit a photo i.d."Hello ...... Thank you for reaching out to us, we are happy to assist you. Before we can proceed with your request, we need to ask that you complete our ID Verification (IDV) process using a government-issued ID. We do this solely to protect your privacy and security, as well as the security of our sites, advertisers, and other valued members, and completion is required to proceed. We use a trusted, third-party vendor for this IDV process. Please do not attempt to verify in any other way. To begin, just follow this secure link below: NOTE: PLEASE RESPOND DIRECTLY ON THIS TICKET ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE VERIFICATION PROCESS. ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR RESPONSE, WE WILL BE ABLE TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST (LINK REMOVED)They run this same scam through their other sites as way to not have to pay out rewards.Attempting to respond to the email will once cause it to bounce back to you unanswered.None of my banks, credit cards or online payment platforms have my photo i.d. and they are certainly not going get one so it can be used for identity theft.
It’s good and good experience for this
I have been a member of Mypoints for at least 15 years. I love everything about it. It is easy to earn points. The gift cards are great, I never had problems with the website, and customer service members are very kind.
I downloaded the game Merge Cruise and met most of the goals but have not received points. I have repeatedly contacted them and all I get back is an email saying "We have updated your inquiry" but no other response. I have now spent over $800 to reach levels by certain dates and earn points. I now cannot see anything on my page regarding Merge Cruise because it ended. I've tried multiple times to file another inquiry but the site will not let me because it says I already have one started. No one will respond. I am retired on a fixed income and have always loved MyPoints for the extra money I can earn. This is the first time I've had an issue and it's very serious because I cannot afford to lose that kind of money. I don't know what to do now. I feel like this is a bit of a scam now because I'm being totally ignored.
great and awesome site f0r surveys highly recommended
Mypoints is the survey panel I use the most. Tried to redeem points for a $50 Amazon e-gift cert.Mypoints stopped there, system asked for my social security number. I understand why - because of the annual #1099 $600 reporting threshold Problem is that redemption would have taken my total for this year to $575. Which is $25 below the threshold I messaged Mypoints several times about this, with no response. Mypoints should fix their systems, and only throw up this social security number blockaid when the redemption request takes the use to be at or over $600The law changes Jan 1, 2026. The threshold goes to $2,000 for this tax reporting requirement. Makes me wonder and anticipate this being screwed up as well
I've been using mypoints.com for years with little or no problems; however they are dropping the ball. A few days ago, I was informed that points I earned playing game of vampires would not been given. After over 3 months, of tickets and emails and screenshots, I would not be given the points I earned and achieved because it has taken too long. They also tried to blame third party vendors, but I only used links supplied by MyPoints. I included screenshot of my skipped achievements. I included emails from September while the game was still actively awarding me points. Mypoints has repeatedly skipped achievements in the last few games, but were willing to award missed points. ONLY NOW ARE THEY REFUSING TO AWARD THE POINTS I EARNED. The points were for a total of 1280 ( 480 pts and 800 pts). With continuing bad customer service this site is becoming one that should be avoided. This is sad because it's been such a decent site until the last few months. WWJust received the dumbest reply possible; which shows how bad their customer service has gotten. Asking me to contact their people to again submit the same information that they have already received numerous times already. How many times is enough? I have already submitted 3+ tickets about their failure. And 2+ times questioning their lack of response to tickets. It's been over 3 months. Now they want a continuation of their failed service. Especially since they have already said they can't do anything and also tried to blame it on imaginary third parties; which also generated a response from me that went ignored.RUN.
