They were polite and professional and knowledgeable.
I signed up to a trial early last year which I then cancelled, however, this apparently did not go through and I was subsequently charged the full amount for a years subscription. I spoke to customer service and some of this was reimbursed. I checked my bank statement 13 days ago to find they had charged me a further £220+ and despite cancelling this account, they don’t seem to have cancelled autorenew.I have reached out to them several times but no one has got back to me within the 7 working day time frame. Further tickets have been submitted, but still nothing. I have contacted them on social media, but still no response. This company is a thieving disgrace and I would not recommend them. Appalling customer service.
My Heritage Is a really good and useful if you want to get a good picture of your ancestors. Easy to use and many useful features like photo editing, colour etc.

The agent was very helpful and resolved my issue as best he could. I will be retaining my membership for one more year but cancelling it thereafter.

I find your site harder to use than Ancestry.com. Also more of your search results are from people's trees that often have major errors and in many cases, the results are from my own trees or people who have copied my tree. You have an excellent group of French & Belgian records though.
A knowledgeable and friendly voice that can persuade anyone to renew ones contract, although he is capapable of turning a loss into a gain, but a beneficial gain.
Sean was helpful with my questions. He suggested areas to research that would be useful in expanding my family information. I didn’t expect a call for new services but it worked out well for me

I liked how I was able to build out my family tree easily and that rates five stars. However, customer service rates zero stars. I send an e-mail about a problem and I get a computer generated reply which does not answer the question I asked. Usually 2-3 weeks later I get a reply from a real person who says they'll help me but then nothing happens. They answer a question I never even asked and then never reply to my follow up. I'm sorry I spent the money on this service.
Found out my familys origin, on my maternal grandmother side. I am born i Sweden, but grandmother was from Norway. On the site I found a family three covering the Norwegian side of my family. Grandmother was from the parish of "Vinger" where the forestfinns, from Savolax in Finland settled in the 17th century. The first generataion still had original names from Finland. This is very facinating to me.
The updated communications and the Smart Search inputs are great.
