I hate this App to Hell and back!! Never saves information. Can't upload new insurance. System is always experiencing problems. Sometimes, it just shuts down. Piss On Mybswhealth app!!!

Be Ready To Have The Ball Dropped On You!
I used mybswhealth.com to set up an appointment with a new physician. The process went smoothly until a few days before the appointment I logged on and to my shock I saw it was a video appointment, which I never signed up for! I called and spoke with the office manager in Rowlett, TX. She had zero experience dealing with a VERY upset customer. She said that doctor is not even accepting new patients! Now I need my meds refilled so I have to scramble trying to find a new doctor. Thanks for nothing BSW!

Best hospital in Texas!
Received my first Covid vaccine dose at the Baylor downtown location today. This is the most efficient operation imaginable! Got the shot 13 minutes after initial check in (this also included parking the car and completing the paperwork). I had registered with Dallas County 45 minutes after they opened their online site but have heard nothing from them thus far. Baylor came through for me! Thank you!

Frustrated Patient
I agree there too many errors. Also the MD offices are not very good at entering perrtinent information into the system. I know they are limited in the information that is entered, but test results and interpretation of procedures is important to me. Also I need to see the visit information and instructions for follow up. There are many more issues with this portal. I agree that if issues are not fixable, then get a better system. It is very frustrating when using this portal. I also know that some of the problems arise from humans e ntering the information, either they donor lnot. My Cardiologist office does a better job than others

This patient portal use to work great
This patient portal use to work great. It no longer works at all. When I try to navigate beyond the dashboard page I get an error message that says "we cannot load this page right now please try again later."It has been that way for weeks. I have called twice, that was a waste of effort. I downloaded the app to my iphone, it is equally useless. This portal is bad software design and it is not compatible for Mac users and this Mac user is not about to go back to an android. Either make your portal accessible for all or kill the portal.
