I ordered rims and the website advertised free 1-5 day standard shipping. The fifth day arrived and I tracked my order on the website and it stated that it was waiting fulfillment when the website stated they were in stock. I emailed, virtual messaged, and messaged the company via social media and received no response. I have called and left voicemails and still have received no reply.
I will say this, my son did receive his order which he personally paid for. At $600 for his bike the biggest issue was he was sent the wrong one. He ordered grey with purple rims and they sent him an all black one. Redemption only because they sent him black which he was ok with. However, I spoke to the company who apologized and asked that I send pictures of the box and bike which I did. They told me they'd send him out some merch goodies because of their mistake. 3 weeks later and even after calling at 2 weeks and being told they'd get them out and send me the tracking he has still not received anything. The biggest issue is that if you as a company say you will do something when the mistake is clearly yours, you need to do it. Perhaps we should've requested the correct bike be shipped out or a full refund since they sent the wrong one.
2025 and it seems ordering from them online still blows. I ordered a bike online just to have nothing happen. Called the shop to confirm availability and the best the person on other end of the line could tell me was, “Yeah it should be in stock.” How do they keep track of inventory? At least the pending charge on my credit card dropped and I didn’t have to file a claim. Don’t waste your time with this “company.” Order from a reputable online shop like Albe’s or Dan’s Comp.
This is the most inept bike shop ever. This is the most dishonest place I have ever dealt with. They cheated my son.You will regret it if you deal with them. Once they take your money you'll never here from them again.
I paid for an item with same day shipping with 1-5 day delivery from the Mr. Bike Shop website.... Four days later and the item has yet to ship. You can't communicate with a human via phone or email. I regret not reading the reviews or the BBB website for Mr. Bike Shop before ordering and now I have no idea when I will get a refund or IF that will even occur without disputing the transaction with my bank and jumping through hoops....
Never order here! I ordered a bike and paid $400! They never delivered and when I asked about it, they blocked me on social media!!! I m trying to contact them for almost 4 years !!!! SCAM shop !!!!!
I tried for a zero review. They sent me the bent rims, no live person, they don’t call back, email take forever to communicate then they finally sent me a return label like I’m gone go through all of that bull? Y’all be careful cause they do bad business please report to the BBB they just robbing people!
If I could score with negative numbers I would. Horrible communication, horrible stock...sell things they don’t have or know when they will arrive. Ours arrived broke and they made us wait to see what company was going to do for warranty was not even 3 days old!
