I ordered three metal prints. Two of them were fine, one of them was not. I contacted customer service and they offered to reprint it with a 30% discount. I thought they should do it for free, but really wanted the third print I found that 30% was already the discount available on the website so I asked if they would at least do free shipping. They said they could not do that. I attempted to submit a two star review on the link that they provided me, but it would not allow me to submit. Now I know why their website has 4.9 stars as an overall review. They only allow those who are perfectly happy with their services to submit.

Do not order from them. I've ordered many items from them. When something is wrong they will not fix it. I ordered a large print that had a bend in it. Another print had bubbles when mounted on mat board. Instead of replacing it, they threw a discount at me. That's their solution to everything - give you a discount. I will not be ordering anything from them again.

Horrible customer service they say they have 100% satisfaction guaranteed but when I reached out regarding my photos that had Benz in the middle of them, they needed me to send everything back and they would give me a partial credit. Absolutely ridiculous. Can’t get a hold of a live person to save your life.

The Customer is Always the Problem
I have been shooting film for two years now. I tried mPix for development as I have relocated and at the time had no ties to local developers. What an absolutely horrible idea. They claim two entire rolls are unable to be processed and that I would receive a refund in 5-7 days, it has been almost three weeks and I have nothing. Aside from that, there are 42 missing shots. I shot on Kodak 200 and Portra 400 with appropriate settings for each film type and shooting situation. They were able to pull up 2 stops on a few that were experimentally under-exposed shots from a wedding reception, and they combined those shots from a roll of Kodak 200 with a complete roll of Portra 400. This would not be a problem except that they are claiming that they only upload complete rolls and that these shots were all taken on the same roll. Of different film. That was purchased three months apart. When I addressed this with them, they initially claimed that I was simply wrong and there was nothing else to be done. When pressed, they dug their feet in and began to claim I shot at a high ISO (which I did not, and they could not even prove so why accuse me of that?) and then began to attack the integrity of my equipment. Claiming equipment failures that never happened. There is a reason they have disabled Google Reviews, and I am strongly considering filing a chargeback with my bank given that they refuse to rectify the situation and prefer to gaslight clients.

MPIX fixed a mess up with a store credit ... but then wouldn't allow me to use it without unreasonable conditions.
Mpix sent me some damaged products and offered me a store credit instead of a replacement. I accepted. But when it came time to use the store credit, they said it only applied to full-priced items, not items that were already on sale on the website. That was a completely new condition that they made up and was not part of what we agreed to. Everyone knows a store credit is a store credit and it can be used on anything in the store whether on sale or not. But this company chose to lose a long-time customer by being petty about this. Photo quality is good, but companies should not be able to get away with nonsense like this and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The adhesive backing is so weak it peels off within hours—every time I re-press it to the wall it slides down overnight. Looks like I’ll need proper mounting hardware to make it stay put.

I ordered a printed and framed image, but ultimately had to cancel my order. My issue was the very callous approach of the team. Not helpful or sensitive to customer needs at all. Their agent made it clear that they didn't care about my business. Wouldn't advise others to use this service.

This company was a great find! My kids’ school photos only let you buy mini wallets if you bought a huge package or add on to a smaller package. We have special k-12 frames for our kids that only allow for a mini wallet. We have no use for printed photos otherwise so I buy the digital copy. Mpix offers minis in a smaller package sheet of 8 for a few dollars! A ton less than any other online print company. They arrived within the week and are perfect. I will continue to use them!

Noticed some fraudulent charges on my credit card. They seemed not to care and even went as far to say things like"there is nothing we can do about it" and "we are a small company, we can't fight cybercrime"They do not seem to care much about securing your personal information, so BE CAREFUL and take this into consideration before giving them your personal information. To be transparent, they did issue a refund. However, they do not seem to do anything to prevent your information from being stolen, or investigate to prevent it from happening again if it is...I asked why they did not report it to police or anyone else, and they did not answer....the manager just left me on read until I eventually left the chat..They easily could call police because they are also a victim in this because someone is placing fraudulent orders on their site.Buyer BEWARE! Take this into consideration before providing them with your information.

I have printed holiday cards for…
I have printed holiday cards for several years with Mpix and I've always been happy with them This year I received a product that is subpar, not in focus. When I asked for a reprint, I had to argue with the customer service team for 2 days with the end result of "the only option is to return for full refund". How does your team know whether or not a reprint will be the same as what I already have? You do not have the product, I have the product. From a customer service perspective, you should just reprint as I've asked since you have a 100% guarantee and let me be the judge if it is my image. I am absolutely not happy with the fact that I have been emailing back and forth with customer service and they are unwilling to reprint and they are only willing for me to return the product for refund. The photo in question was taken by a professional photographer. I was planning to send out my holiday cards this week. Thanks for making this already stressful process even more stressful and completely unenjoyable.

Bad Product - Worse Customer Service!
Received a print on foamcore that was badly bowed (warped). I was told this can happen in high humidity areas. Really? Coloradi is as dry as it comes! I needed to package and pay for return in order to get reprint. To assume that I would want to get a free (warped) photo is insulting. My LAST order with these clowns. I view my financial loss as tution for lesson learned AND the risk of trying Mpix.

So much to love about Mpix
I can't decide what I love more about Mpix....the quality of my photos or the quality job they do packing my products. I think I love both! My photos turned out beautifully. I even had a 12×18 photo created and it was perfect. No blurring or pixelation. The shipping was fantastic. Everything was packed individually by photo size and with hard cardboard so no bending from the post office. They were definitely worth the bit extra to develop my photos. Will be using their service again.

I have used Mpix for years – overall with mostly good results – but never again!Why would the website make me redeem points TWICE to honor the free shipping on an order less than $35? If the first 500 points had actually given me free shipping, I would not have had to apply another 500 points to have it actually work.I emailed customer service – because you cannot call to talk to a human on the phone. The customer service person’s response began with “I am sorry for the confusion” – as in, sorry for YOUR confusion – followed by a lengthy reason explaining why he didn’t see a need to restore the points. I responded “There is no confusion. I am clear that the website is in error” and reiterated my concerns with the glitch in their website. “This was not a site error” he retorted. WOW!!! He actually responded again to argue with me about why I am wrong. This company prefers to fight with the customer rather than do the right thing. Why would the site even let me – inadvertently or otherwise – redeem TWICE the points needed for free shipping, thereby stealing the points I earned from spending so much money with them? The answer: they do NOT care.Serious photographers: do yourselves a favor and check out McKenna Pro Imaging. Higher quality, outstanding customer service, and overall less expensive than Mpix.

Terrible quality, terrible customer service
Placed a rather large order of enlarged prints, several to give to family as gifts. The prints arrived looking dingy and dark. They were not underexposed and looked great on the screen when the order was placed. The 3x5s actually looked good, but all of the enlarged prints were a waste of money! Why would pictures of snow in the daytime look gray and blurry? I emailed with someone from mpix who promised to send out new prints, it's been months now, NO prints. I even ordered to send back the bad ones which now sit in a closet, with the empty frames. Terrible quality, terrible customer service. Use the trusted sites, mpix is not it.
