Bought almost all of their plugins only to be told they're being discontinued with no option to download offline installer files. So when I get my new machine, it's tough luck. Will never purchase or subscribe from this scam of a company again, and recommended the same for industry folk. MotionVFX what an absolute disgrace.
I have spent over $1000 on effects/plugins from MotionVFX over the past 5 years. Their products typically work well at the start, but then as Final Cut Pro upgrades, the effects are not always updated with it, resulting in errors.They have also been steering more into the subscription only direction, which I am strongly against, limiting some products to subscribers only, turning their back to the costumers who have actually been BUYING their products.NOW we get notices saying some of our products we PURCHASED will be retired?!?!WHAT A SCAM!If a costumer has purchased a product from you, we should be able to continue to have access to it when upgrading our hardware.

Been a loyal customer with extensive purchase history. Fell on hard times financially recently, but still needed certain packs before buying their permanent licenses no longer became an option. Jakub from customer was so kind in helping me just afford the packs I needed. MotionVFX prioritises loyal customers who've spent money and can be understanding and in turn helpful when you struggle to afford software at full price like before! Absolutely kind and considerate when your circumstances change, they are worth sticking with for that alone. Thank you Jakub :)

This was probably the best customer service experience I've ever had. The response was immediate, helpful, and detailed. I've been dealing with different creative tech companies for years (Pro Tools user for decades) and I've never experienced such quality service before. Even if they hadn't solved my problem, I'd say the same. But they DID solve the issue, and an additional issue that I was unaware of. I can't say enough positive things about Zbigniew and the whole team.
I have been a MotionVFX user for many years and all I can say is that this company is amazing. They have brilliant products and their customer service goes above and beyond to help you resolve any issue. The thing about their products is that they work as advertised and always exceed expectations. Also, now with their Design Studio and Cine Studio, the user experience is mind0blowing as you have access to so many tools for one price. I highly recommend MotionVFX.
MotionVFX truly offers the best tools for video editing. I've used them for years(10+) and although many competitors offer plugins and products that are near identical or can do the same thing, MotionVFX has always made it a big deal to emphasize professionalism and quality in their products despite being higher priced. Many people may disagree, but you truly do get what you pay for. This stigma they have been standing by has truly been shown in their work, through their products over the years. If you make a living editing content, either for social media or much bigger projects, MVFX gaps the bridge between beginners and professionals. It offers the phenomenal tools to add to the videos you make. It adds a much more creative touch to the video editor, and even starting out with the DesignStudio Essentials plan, you get so much bang for your buck that you'll quickly realize upgrading to a plan with more features and plugins is a no-brainer. I work on DaVinci Resolve and Final Cut Pro, and honestly, MVFX plugins make a world of difference in every editing session.
As a DaVinci Resolve editor, I really appreciate their products and support. Their plugins have saved me countless hours of time trying to build my own effects. And, if I ever have a problem with one, which is rare, their team is quick to respond with a solution. Best of all, my clients are impressed with the results. Thank you MotionVFX!
