I was curious about Artlist but I wasn’t ready to subscribe and for some reason I did. I had to contact the customer service to get support and they fix the problem very quickly without asking me too many questions. They understood what I had to fixed. It’s rare in 2026 to get support like this . I’ll be so happy to fully subscribe once I launch my brand. I look on the website and I found great content to use ! Thank you Artlist !
I have been using Motion Array for over three years and their service is first class. As a designer and content creator, I need the best assets to work with and Motion Array always deliver. The couple of times I have contacted their customer services, the responce was immediate and all sorted (the two occasions that were my own fault). These folks are A1.
Their music is in violation with Youtube's copyright infringements. The last three songs I downloaded and used in videos got flagged and were even prevented from being uploaded to Youtube. Better to spend your money with another music provider so you don't have to re-edit to an entirely new song.
Been paying for subscription since 2022 but i was unable to download any assets at all since last year, they keep asking me to subscribe. My plan is still active and in fact just renewed last month. I've raised tickets a few times and no one has ever got back to me. Their AI chatbot is useless, ending chat so fast without ever offering any useful solutions.
The copyright issues were resolved very quickly. It would be even better if they could provide a whitelist feature. Of course, this might not be entirely on them—it could involve coordination with YouTube—but regardless, I really love their music!

They get two stars purely because of how difficult they make it to cancel the subscription.It's a greyed out button buried deep in the account settings. I couldn't find it and had to Google. It's a shameful business practice.This kind of design is wrong and shouldn't be allowed.It's a shame because otherwise I really like the service. I would join again but they've lost my trust.

I’ve been using Motion Array for several years, and it has helped take my creative projects to the next level. Thanks to the wide range of tools available such as motion design templates, sound effects (SFX), and LUTs. I’m able to save valuable time while significantly improving the quality and visual impact of my work. The main area for improvement would be expanding and refreshing the content library, as I couldn’t find assets for a few specific needs. That said, the sound effects collection is excellent and very comprehensive.

The catalog of sounds I could choose from for podcast production was amazing and working on the website was a breeze. When the podcast I was working on cancelled I forgot to cancel my annual subscription and the folks there were so kind and fast about getting me canceled a day late and refunded. They let me know future expectations for copyright, too. Excellent all around.
I officially declare that Motion Array, a company owned by artlist.io, are THIEVES. On January 31, 2025, they deleted my author account, which I had had for over 10 years. It contained my work, which was my source of income. But at the same time, they LEFT MY WORKS, which they continue to sell freely on their platform. It's like kicking someone out of their own store and selling their goods. They are THIEVES. It takes years to build a reputation, but they can lose it in a single day.

Really bad - I did not realize I had a subscription ... Apparently I slipped into it. My bad I guess.What is not my bad however: The content is really poor - almost all competitors are much better. Canceling the subscription is also quite difficult - had to google it. They use all tricks to have you miss the way to unsubscribe. One word: Shameless.
They are professional scammers, beware with its terms and conditions! When you're subscribing monthly, they say the assets you download during your subscription period will be covered. Then, when you're going to cancel (without even mentioning the absurd and tricky process to get to the cancel option) it turns out you have to pay another subscription if you want to use the assets you download. Incredible that companies with this models still exist.
