Great company not represented by clunky site
Moon is great, shipping is quick and service is awesome. Return customer for sure. Their website is lacking though. Seriously. Fire your web designer. Or send them to training to actually design an eCommerce site.Searching brings a fly out that is not scrollable. The main page which turns to the background remains scrollable, but you cant see it lol. Then they have 15 different pop up, fly outs, and other crap that makes it annoying as hell to shop or browse. If you're wanting people to spend LESS time on your site shopping, leave it as is.

I “found” Moon Audio years ago
I “found” Moon Audio years ago. Made several purchases and my experiences lead me to consider them for every audio upgrade or addition I am contemplating.Easy to navigate and informative web site and very solid customer service. Orders are handled very promptly and communication with them is easy and helpful.Their turnaround in processing and shipping is as good as it gets.Indicative is a quest for a simple leather case for a product out of production. I could not find it anywhere. Moon was out of them as well but after a few emails, they somehow located one and…If they are concerned and responsive regarding a $100case then…we’ll you get the picture!

Silver Dragon- Shure SE535 cable
Back in 2024, I purchased a set of Silver Dragon IEM cables for my Shure SE535 IEMs.Shortly after receiving them, the cables leading to the connectors became severely frayed. I contacted Moon Audio and since they were still under warranty. So, I sent them back to have them repaired. Now, after very little use, the cables leading to the connectors have become severely frayed...AGAIN. This time, they're frayed to the point that they are nearly unusable. As a result, I had no other option but to revert back to the original OEM cables that came with my Shure SE535 IEMs.Although, the cables themselves were a tremendous upgrade from the OEM Shure cables, the constructions was grossly flawed.I love Moon Audio and have bought several Silver Dragon cables from them in the past, all without any issues. But this time is different. In my opinion, this was almost a waste of nearly $400.

Amazing experience as a first time customer
I recently made my very first purchase at Moon Audio: A Chord Mojo 2 (2025 revision) and the Chord Mojo 2 Premium Leather Case. This was a preorder, with the process going very smoothly. Jose in customer service and Nichole in Sales were amazing to work with. They addressed all my questions in a very timely, friendly, and professional manner, and made sure that my order was promptly delivered in excellent condition. It is also worth noting that their communications on status of pre-order processing are timely and easy to follow. I very highly recommend anyone to work with Moon Audio for your audio gear and accessories needs!

Solid packaging and fast delivery
Solid packaging and extremely fast delivery. A small drawback: the customs declaration was too accurate, making this the first time my cables were charged a 3% customs duty.

Great company, I purchased an AR dual coil mm cartridge good price (no sales tax) It was shipped super fast,very pleased.The AR cartridge was better than expected,I can hear instruments that I did not notice before. This top of the line unit is well worth the money, much better than the past m150 models!

Moon audio is my go-to online audio store
Selling hi-end headphones is easy. But, processing your order and delivering it promptly apparently is not. No one is faster than Moon Audio. I got into this hobby 14 years ago, have purchased from all the big online audio sites, and no one comes close to Moon Audio. Even if you add a Moon Audio custom cable, it still arrives sooner than a site that sells "upscale" audio equipment or one that sells "headphones" with an easy-to-remember name.

Another really great cable..
This is my second Silver Dragon cable and is the same high quality, beautifully made cable as the first one (now almost 10 years old). I bought it for a new set of headphones (Focal Clear MG).Sound quality and volume increased fairly rapidly over the first 6 hours and remains beautifully detailed, accurate over the full spectrum of sound and very listenable. Highly recommended.
