We have ordered some lights at a…
We have ordered some lights at a significant value that we also paid for express delivery. These were ordered over 4 weeks ago now. We have been back and forth trying to get an asset for this but still waiting. We have now received an email stating they were being returned as the address label is incorrect or they couldn’t find the address. These service has been dreadful and the information we have been receiving has been poor. Don’t think I would order for them again.

Nice looking light, excellent customer support
Updated review (8 drop Indra Light):I originally gave 2 stars based on my concerns explained below. I must say I am impressed by how quickly and approporiately Mod Lighting dealt with my complaint. This shows that this vendor truely cares about customer satisfaction and hence they deserve 5 star. I suggest other customers carefully consider their lumens requirement to ensure a good fit to purpose. I also suggest Mod Lighting to double check the illuminence of their product to be 100% sure the specification is accurate. It may be accurate already, but worth double checking.Original review:Bought 8 drops Indra light. Spent quite some amount of money to install it. It looks very nice but despite being 40W it barely has as much light as a 10W bulb. Contacted customer service. Fast response. However they say this light is designed to have diffuse light. I understand it but this light does not generate 40W. Not even 10W. Without diffusers you can easily look directly into LED chips without discomfort whilst each drop should be 5W. I have a PhD in photonics so I know a thing or two about photons. I then opened the light again and measured the power going into each drop (electrical power is current multiplied by voltage) and it is roughly 1.1W instead of 5W!They closed my ticket as they think there is no issue with the light.Also the website states that the LEDs inside the light are changeable. They technically are but that requires soldering and ordering a 3 chip LED PCB. It is not something you can buy off the shelf. So if any of the lights is damaged then you cannot change it easily. Given that this is an expensive light, customers should know.I gave 2 star because of misleading information about the illuminance and LED replacabilty. #664878

Amazing Experience From Start to Finish
I had to leave a review because my experience with MOD LIGHTING has been genuinely outstanding. The shipping was incredibly fast, the quality of the products is excellent, and the entire process was smooth from the start. The instructions were clear, installation was easy, and customer support was amazing every time I reached out. I already purchased multiple lights for different rooms and I’m planning to buy more because everything has been top tier.

Read reviews and check consistency of problems people encounter
I ordered 9 door stops to the tune of £402 on the 24th November 2025. I was sent an estimated delivery date of the 1st December 2025. I have called the company based in USA twice. The last call last week, I was told that the item had arrived at Hong Kong. I chased up with UPS today and I was told that the item was still in Hong Kong. They cannot give me a delivery date as the item is not in the UK. Please, DO NOT buy from this company. They are a rogue business. Listen to the negative reviews you read Im sure they've paid people to wrote positive review. I sent a message to them that I want to cancel my order. I am going to follow this up and will feedback. Daylight Robbery!After chasing up yesterday, 8th December 2025 (after this trust pilot review), they finally sent a proper update. UPS delivered the package this morning, Tuesday 9th December 2025.. The expectation is that you don't advise a customer of a delivery date of the 1st December when you know it may take longer. Using UPS is also causing your company significant problems with delivery. You will seriously need to reconsider the courier you use as this is also impacting on the amount of negative reviews you are getting.It is a shame that it takes trust pilot reviews to get you responding to customers. It shouldn't be the case. Your response after the trust pilot review was great as you sought to rectify the problem. I will update my review from 1 star to 3 star. The communication remains poor and they need to stick to what they say (integrity)

Love our lights from mod
We dont usually like to leave reviews but felt compelled to do because our clients absolutely love mod lights. We have finished several projects now with their projects and the entire process is very smooth and their products never disappoint!

Lots of compliments
We had our electrician come in and installed the new alabaster chandelier we bought from mod lighting, just WOW. Even the electricians kept complimenting the lights, the build, the quality, the packaging and the overall experience. They said it is almost the highest quality they have seen in the market after many years of being in the space. Now i want to add the sconces and pendant too in the same collection. I hope mod introduces more options in the future too!

MOD IS THE WAY TO GO!
I am thoroughly satisfied with the Jasper chandelier light I recently purchased from MOD LIGHTING. My experience with the store was exceptionally positive, the process was seamless and straightforward process from beginning to end. All items arrived promptly and precisely as described, and the customer service was exceptionally responsive and courteous. I am very pleased with my experience and highly recommend the store for future purchases.

Perfect sconce for our house
I saw a few of my neighbors had mod light sconce on their house and was immediate drawn to the modern look of their products. THey truly are a game changer and instantly modernized our exterior wall and improved our curb appeal. The problem is now all of our neighbors have the exact same lights outside lol.
