I had MobileHelp for my mother for over 3 years. She wore it religiously and it gave me piece of mind. After she passed away I called customer service and they informed me I HAD TO PAY FOR SHIPPING TO RETURN. In my opinion, not good customer service especially after your loved one passes. They never notified me that they received the machine. No follow up email to thank you for using their product.
MobileHelp provides true peace of midn. The system is incredibly easy to use, and I feel so much safer knowing help is always just a button press away
MobileHelp charged my mother over $550 - a year after we canceled her account. I packed her device and wrote a letter and sent it in, as per their procedure, and a year later they've charged her again without our knowledge or permission. When I called customer service, they want me to sign another letter canceling her subscription but can't tell me if they'll refund the $550. I've reported this as a fraudulent charge to my bank.
Kevin was professional, patient, and thorough in his explanations. After an unexpected disconnection, he promptly called back, saving me from starting over. The prices are also very reasonable. Thank you!
This is the most DIS- honest company ever. I received Mobile Help and they told me I had a 10 day trial with no hidden fees. The unit did not work in my wooded area so I sent it back for a refund within 10 days. It’s been over 30 days. I have not seen a dime. I’m going to go to every paper and every review to give them a zero to one star rating do not get involved with them. They’re extremely dishonest.

I've been paying this company for 10 years since 2015 at least $40/month. I tried to cancel 4 months ago and they claimed they wouldn't unless I returned the 10 year old equipment that you know they will throw in the trash. I told my bank to put a block on them auto charging me and they still found a way around it. I've been driving around with this stupid piece of equipment for 4 months because who can remember to do that when life has 10,000 other things for you to do and I am calling them again to ask to cancel and they just want to argue over this piece of outdated technology they desperately want back. I have paid them over $4800 over the span of 10 years and they refuse to cancel it unless you return the equipment or you pay them another $350 for the piece of plastic.
I can't believe I EVEN HAVE TO GIVE 1 STAR!!!! THIS IS THE MOST IRRESPONSIBLE MEDICAL DEVICE COMPANY EVER!!!! I ordered a device for my mother who was discharged from the hospital, ALONE, and I am 1200 miles away. I was told and PROMISED all of the bells and whistles, wasted 2 days ordering and was told she would receive her device in 5-7 business days. It's been over 2 weeks and I find out THEY HAVEN'T EVEN PROCESSED THE ORDER YET!!!!! THIS IS PURE NEGLIGENCE! Had ANYTHING happened to my mother during the time I was told that she would have her device what recourse of action would there be? It's PATHETIC to think I was taken advantage of trying to do my best to ensure my mother's safety! I WILL report this company to the BBB as I was once an employee there. Mobile Help is basically taking advantage of people in their time of need! Absolutely DISGUSTING!
I ordered the MoblieHelp with Virtual Fall Detection for my father on 6/12/2025. I was assured that I would have it in 5 business days. I made it very clear that this was a priority in my choosing this company - along with their great review. It didn't arrive. I called on Tuesday of this week and was told there had been a delay due to a fire in the warehouse. They would overnight the device to me and I would have it on Wednesday. Nothing. I just called and was told they would not be able to get the device to me any time soon. They are taking orders and have NOTHING TO SEND OUT!!!
If I could do less than 1 star, I would. We’ve (me on behalf of my Mom) have received the most atrocious customer service from this company after they provided my Mom with a device that was never attached to her account. She was at risk for MONTHS and customer service has basically ghosted us. Tech support was always helpful in getting the device activated- but from there, horrible. Steer clear of this company if you want your loved ones to be safe AND to be able to easily resolve issues.
Their auto renew attempts were flagged as fraud which terminated my credit card. Complaining about this to customer service for the many hours I had to spend reconfiguring my financial life, the representative hung up on me. Oh and be ready for the hoops you have to jump through to return their equipment after your family member dies. They are great until it is time to disengage. Then you are treated like garbage.
Disaster with this company. Since they merged. We have had to return several devices that failed to work . After they did a computer update aĺl the emergency contacts was deleted. Almost everday the base system is flashing no sevice. Customer Sevice has hung up a few times because they didn't know how to fix the system . Several times when new devices was sent out for replace they didn't work either. They also try sending out equipment that is to that has to be charged everyday with equipment that was to last for several or years . They also didn't work out a deal with Verizon and AT&T sevice is terrible in the area . The company that what they called (Merged with them) has both companies available but ìs more expensive. Don't count on call backs even from the ones that claim to be mangers . The 1st year with them 2024 was good sevice now it can't be trusted . Also when you caĺl in they say the system needs update . Not sure why the update would need to be done every few weeks . Have had to stay with a family member that uses it several times because it wasn't working . Sometimes when the test is done nobody answers the phone to know if it is a emergency or not . A place like this needs 24 hour sevice. Not M-F and close at 8pm . The family member has bèen days at a time without sevice. The solution is from Mobile Help is wait and see if it come back on we reset what we can on our end they say . I have spent several hours and hours on the phone trying to get a system that actually works . They have sent out the wrong device that needs returned about 20 times in 6 months. Shop around i could tell you a long story about how they will not get rid of a tech that doesn't know what he is doing and hangs up when he can't get someone else on the line and it is time for him to go home . Unfortunately they will only let you post 1 date on this review when you had a experience with them . It has been well over 20 times since January 2025 to May 2025 . If you have this company please make sure your emergency contacts are correct with them . They had changed it to texting landline phones .
The devices were returned on Jan. 16, 2025 with delivery conformation on Jan. 22, 2025. However, a charge to my credit card of $129.84 was posted on April 14th. The charges still have not been reversed as of April 21st. If this hasn't been corrected by end of business tomorrow I will file a dispute with the credit card company.
Poor customer service. I have cancelled my subscription and after 5 calls, I cannot get instructions on how to return the device. The call wait time exceeded 5 minutes in some cases.
I had a fall at night, I was outside in my backyard, and it was snowing. I panicked. then I remembered I was wearing my Mobile Help pendant. I pushed it and was immediately speaking with someone who calmed me down, called the ambulance and kept me updated. The ambulance arrived within 15 minutes of my call.
My Mom had MobileHelp for about 5 years, and it worked ok. Eventually, my Mom moved into an assisted living facility and, on the day she moved, we called to suspend service. Even though the next billing period was 6 days AFTER we called to cancel, they charged her $43 for the next billing cycle. Their absurd policy is that the service is not officially cancelled until the equipment is received. We sent the equipment back the same day we called to cancel, but I think it arrived 2 days after the start of the next billing cycle. I complained, but to no avail. The equipment is minimal, and probably worth less than the $43 that she was charged.
I purchased MobileHelp for my elderly parents. When I received the products, 2 alarm pendants, one would not connect to the WiFi. I contacted customer service, and they told me that several units had gone out that were not working. The person asked for the code on the pendant and told me someone would be calling me to fix the issue. I waited 2 days and never received a call back. I would not trust this product to protect my parents. When I called customer service, they told me I would need to pay for postage to return the broken product. I refused to pay, so they told me that they would send a pre-paid postage label in the mail. I waited two weeks and never received one. When I called back, they said they emailed it to me. After I finally sent the broken product back, they refunded me minus $25. It infuriates me that a company sells broken products (as stated by their own customer service rep) and refuses to refund the entire amount.
Total worst company do not go with them. This is just a bait and switch was quoted a price on a recorded line and they are not honoring that please go elsewhere and do yourself a favor
