Received an order and tried multiple times to return. Emailed and called several different people even up the chain ladder who said they would look into it. Tried for over 6 months and not 1 person ever called back. We kept getting letters to pay for the order which our Pro Shop said they didn’t order. Worst customer service ever experienced. Both our golf courses will moving forward not use any Mizuno products.

The WORST customer service. They make the customer pay for returns and then claim the return was never received. This is THEFT! Mizuno USA is unethical and fraudulent! AVOID this company!

Be aware that you’re responsible for return shipping costs, which I understood before ordering. However, they don’t provide a prepaid return label, making the process quite inconvenient. I ended up paying nearly $40 to return my order—unreasonable given today’s e-commerce standards. I wouldn’t order directly from their website again.
