Go someplace else
For the price I'd say it's an overall poor experience, but the spa treatments are good so I gave it an average rating. The hype about mindfulness and digitally unplugging and anything related to those things are a joke. People have cell phones and other devices everywhere - including in the spa. The staff are polite but extremely detached and aloof - even unfriendly at times. The classes/"experiences" are average at best certainly not what I would expect for the price - and I have stayed at some places that are similar in price -- all were way better. There is no feeling of pampering from the staff, just a "this is my job I have to do it" kind of feel. Overall, compared to similar places I've been it is quite sub-par - the food is average in quality, and the amenities average at best. In addition, my shower did not work properly and my suite (@ an average of $1K per night) looked out over the back of the "grand hall/restaurant", providing non-stop noise from the staff and machinery. It was not attached to the main buildings and even during rain no transportation was offered to get me to and from activities and the main building (there were golf carts everywhere for staff but none use for transporting guests I guess). It has been very disappointing especially given the price. I guess people like it because it includes meals and snacks, but honestly for what you get go someplace better and spring the for meals and snacks - you'll come out way ahead in the long run and have a much better experience.
