My design consultant Sadie was helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions. When I needed to follow up with someone my questions were answered quickly by Jenni. I recommend their services 100%

Always a positive experience

I have worked with Minted for many years and have been wonderfully pleased with the products - Christmas cards, wedding invitations, party invitations and stationery. Whenever I had issues, customer service quickly rectified the situation. I can't say enough positive things about Minted and will work with them exclusively in the future.

Low quality & expensive

I reallly wished I had looked at these reviews before ordering my wedding invitations from minted. They were SO OVERPRICED. And I paid extra ($35) for expedited shipping. The invitations arrived with a few of them having white spots on the photo. It looked awful! A week later, they’re sending me 5 replacement invitations. I paid extra for the shipping because I’m out of town now, so 5 of my guests will be getting invites super late…. Never using minted again. They should have offered a partial refund or at least cover the expedited shipping cost.

Minted is engaging I deceptive pricing…

Minted is engaging I deceptive pricing practices by failing to disclose international duty fees at the point of sale. I purchased stamps with the purchase of my Christmas cards and was hit with a surprise Fedex bill 3 months later because the stamps were through marketplace. I was not aware I was ordering a marketplace item. The stamps came up as an add on with my Christmas card purchase. When I called to Minted they said they would not help because it was through marketplace and it was in the fine print. Very diceptive.

Wording didnt print on wedding invitations

I ordered invitations for my wedding on this website and they came in with the lettering messed up. I asked for a replacement which they said they would give, but it got too close to my wedding date so I ended up having to send out my messed up invitations..

I would give zero stars

I would give zero stars. They charge for expedited service and then send regular service. I needed cards for a specific date. They are not going to show up in time and now i need to find something else last minute. Wasted my time designing and wasted my time having to go out and replace them. This is the second time I have had this happen. The reviews reflect their horrible service. Buyer beware!

I was having a very hard time getting into the Minted Design Challenge but with the Minted Customer Service team, they walked me all the way to make sure that all my greeting cards was submitted into the Minted Design Challenge. Thank you Minted team. :)

For YEARS I have used Minted, for good reason!

For YEARS I have used minted. Their products always outshine others in the same market. Since I utilize them so much (beyond cards), their membership serves me well. I have yet to have a bad customer experience. There have been times a mix up has happened & correction is always swift. In fact, I couldn’t change a delivery address o line & my chat rep (Sarah) did so for me! Also, I wanted to buy postage ahead of time. Since the item is in a square, she gave me the full weight of the product. From there the USPS rep could determine my correct postage. By phone, or chat this support is better than most other bot run customer service (& many human interactions with other companies).Final thing that I want to mention. Minted GIVES BACK. I’ve signed up the nonprofit parent/teacher organization with them & a portion of sales (through the provided code& link) gives back to the organization. Minted provides real artist uniquely created products in a professional venue online.Minted is my go to source for cards, gifts, art, & so much more. All love to this company!

Suddenly discontinued design resulting in headache and more costs

I had a really frustrating experience with Minted while ordering my wedding invitations.I originally ordered part of an invitation suite using a standard templated design. Less than a week later, when I went back to order the remaining items, the entire suite had been discontinued with no notice. Because of that, I was forced into a custom order just to recreate the exact same designs.This resulted in being charged a $99 gold foil fee per item, three times, even though gold foil was originally included as part of the standard design. In total, I ended up paying around $300 in additional fees that simply did not exist when I started the process. After all discounts and adjustments, the final cost still came out to about $60 more than my original estimate.To make matters worse, the paper color from the custom order was slightly different from the paper used in the original templated order, so the suite does not perfectly match.Customer service was polite and did eventually offer a partial discount, but the whole situation felt unnecessary and avoidable. At the very least, Minted should have honored the original pricing for a suite that was discontinued without warning, rather than passing those costs on to the customer.For a wedding product where consistency matters and orders are often placed in stages, this experience was disappointing and stressful.UPDATE: Although Minted responded publicly to this review and asked me to provide additional information, no further action has been taken. I followed up as requested and have not seen any resolution. I would not interpret their response as an indication that the issue has been addressed.

Superior experience and product for our annual project

After downloading photos and writing (and editing) text for my Valentine cards, I will say this about Minted: The website is easy to use, the quality of the delivered product is exceptional & the “chat” feature made it easy to receive an answer. I especially liked allowing me to see the product proof and edit my text prior to printing the order. Even that last minute edit was then sent to me to proof before printing. I have used other on-line sites for creating and printing our annual card and this was a superior experience and product.

An excellent experience

I had an excellent experience with Minted. My order of art prints arrived quickly and looked great. They were unfortunately not right for my space, due to my own miscalculations, and Minted refunded me for them, no questions asked, as their policy promises. That's a fantastic return policy and customer service.

My Fiance and I have used them in past…

My Fiance and I have used them in past and been pleased, but this time for the wedding invitations, they were printed incorrectly. They not only were the wrong print but then we had to pay to replace them for an extra 50, a complete joke. Then to get them and the envelopes themselves won’t close. I would highly recommend someone else for envelopes as the customer service is also even more problematic.

Love their product and have ordered…

Love their product and have ordered from them a number a years without any issues. I recently placed a new order and realized well after I approved the proof that I had made mistake that I didn’t catch in the name of the venue. Customer service was wonderful and although my order was already being processed, they cancelled the order and offered me a full refund and I replaced the corrected order.

Deserves 0 stars

I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT use Minted, especially for something time sensitive and important like a wedding.I ordered stationery with a very clearly specified color requirement. The first shipment arrived incorrect. After spending an unreasonable amount of time emailing (15 emails in total), calling, and sending multiple photos, Minted sent a replacement, and it was wrong AGAIN. Two incorrect shipments for the same issue.Instead of taking responsibility, customer service kept responding with canned, scripted messages and pushing “solutions” like redesigns or more replacements, as if I should continue gambling my time away when the invitations needed to be sent out. At no point did anyone acknowledge that their company failed to deliver the product correctly TWICE.When I finally asked for a refund for the items, I was offered a 25% partial refund. That is insulting given the repeated errors, wasted time, and stress this caused during wedding planning. This was not a minor mistake. It was a complete failure of quality control and customer service. The entire process felt like talking to a bot following a script rather than a company that cares about its customers. No one should ever use this website. There are plenty of other stationery companies that actually deliver quality products. I deeply REGRET choosing Minted and would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Excellent Customer Service

Excellent Customer ServiceThere was a technical issue at their site (this is what they told me, I obviously don't know what happened) and my order was cancelled. Naturally, I panicked. I contacted customer support right away. Turns out, they had already sent me a follow up email that I did not read. They were extremely apologetic and covered the cost of rush shipping my design after adding it back to my cart. They ensured that the issue was remedied as soon as possible. I was shocked at how proactive the service was. I will now be using them for all of my wedding extras from the invites to table numbers and their website. I am very happy with the service.

Helped me resolve an issue without charge

I messed up and didn't click on the option to have the addresses printed on the envelopes. Minted help me resolve it, showed me how to prevent it in the future, and didn't charge me. They were super helpful.

The card is good quality

The card is good quality. However the assistance provided to ensure that the size of the picture and the text are suitable was disappointed. The text in the card that Minted cleared was hardly readable. The customer service is incredibly slow and inefficient. To seek assistance to obtain a soft copy of the card, I spent countless hours waiting for a member of the customer service to become available. Finally, even if I had paid for custom fees directly to Minted, I was charged additional custom costs that Minted refused to pay. I will certainly not use Minted in the future.

Please do not do business with Minted

Please do not do business with Minted! I had a horrible experience trying to get my wedding invitations ordered. Rude, unhelpful, difficult to communicate with, and just really poor business practices. DO NOT USE MINTED FOR ANY OF YOUR PRINTING NEEDS.Somehow one day before placing our order, the artist pulled the design we were working with, so after a call with customer service they indicated they could still print our design but I would need to enter the order using a different design and ask the design team to reference the original desgin. Once ordered, I was bounced around to SIX different customer service folks, none of whom seemed to know what the previous person was asking. Ultimately after an HOUR long call after several fruitless emails I was told that to actually get the desgin we wanted it would be an extra $198 to get "custom foil" even though that was included in the original design. This is a total rip-off! I was also told that I could contact the artist directly to appeal for them up re-upload the design.....I'm sorry but aren't YOU the one the artist is working with??Never once in the process was it offered for me to speak with a manager, and in no point during the process did they try to meet me in the middle and honor the price of the origianl design. One customer service rep told me "do you want this or not?" once they shared the updated pricing. Rude, unhelpful, difficult to communicate with, and just really poor business proactices.I will NOT be sending hundreds of dollars to a company that treats its customers like an afterthought. Please avoid using Minted and save yourself the headache (and the $$$).

Minted is a cut above the rest

Minted's products and services are excellent and I love getting cards from them especially because they work with independent artists. I recently had a positive customer service experience where they turned around a mistake with deep apologies and a generous refund to make the situation right.
