I ordered a replacement hard drive on December 8. It is now December 20 and I've not received the part. I have been unable to reach the company via phone or e-mail. The voicemail is full and unable to accept more messages. Save yourself a lot of frustration and do not buy from these people. If I ever received the hard drive that was ordered I will change my review.
It’s very easy to find items in the website and even if you have trouble finding the item which you are looking for, you can always call their costumer service and someone will help you with that. And the best thing abut their costumer service is that you won’t wait long and there’s always someone who will answer you and take your need seriously. So great costumer service! I received my order in excellent condition and it’s exactly the part which I needed for my computer. Keep up the good pricing!!!!!"

Funny how after reading the reviews, you notice the multiple entries on the same day.. note every one is a 5 star, then every negative is a 1 star.. I ordered, was emailed that it was shipped, then after a few days, the tracking number STILL was not a valid one.. did not ship until after calling asking about the shipment. Company does NOT ship from michigan.. not to say they don't have a warehouse.. hoping the item is "new" but their site after reading states "New Bulk/ New OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer): Product is new (NOT BRAND NEW) and many times the manufacturer will disassemble new whole units to use parts. Typically this product doesn't come with software or instructions unless indicated and no Manufacturers genuine warranty. And it might be used for test perpouse." so NEW to them includes USED. wish me luck on the parts... oh, and if you do get thru, welcome to being on hold indefinitely... try calling from a different number if you want them to answer... ok, the saga continues.... Package recieved.. box damaged.. but.. parts inside showed signs of pre-existing damage.. lets see how they respond to my email.. screws show signs that it was taken apart, handle installed backwards. where the handle *should* have been mounted, there is damage on the case showing it was pre-damaged. Oh, and 1 part was the wrong part....and damaged as well. If they satisfy my situation, I will happily change my rating, but so far....

I wanted to tell everyone how great the service is at Micropartsusa.com. I have ordered items from them about a dozen time. Every order was sent out fast followed by emails with tracking information. I have talked to customer service and returns on one order( returning item i bought but then did not need) and every time they have shown amazing service. I wanted to let everyone know that micropartsusa.com as a company is great at processing orders, returns, shipping, and tech support. This is a huge thing to all consumers now a days when most other places can't seem to even get you what you order

I took wrong part by mistake for return this which was my fault i took help from live chat they advise me place order for urgent purpose separately and they will do Return process for wrong products and they did finally. what about my new order yes they ship it via overnight and i got it next day morning. service, shipping, customer help all excellent.
I saw this review... had the same problem with two orders... Wish I'd seen this review before I ordered. We talked the first part of the week and these two orders of mine were supposed to have been shipped, finally. I paid extra for fast shipping, one next afternoon the other second day shipping… It's now Saturday I have not received these yet… Were they shipped? How were they shipped? I don't know. I have people asking me, where the devil are the drives. Now I see this review online… I asked them now, "Hello again! Is anybody home?"
Ordered a hard drive. Five days later checked on the status and found the order was canceled. Not in stock. Never notified me via email. I called them to see if they had another drive in stock similar. Nobody answers the phone you have to leave a message. Two days later I still have not recieved a call back or an email or any other attempt of customer service on there part. So I ordered it somewhere else. Poor company, web site still shows the drive in stock. Would not recomend, waste of time.
