Renewal easy but issues with endorsement
The renewal process is very easy and intuitive. I like that we can send the client an email for signature and to make payment. I did notice however that Dayle is listed as a driver twice, once as a male and a female. I sent over the drivers licenses as requested, so not sure why drivers were not corrected prior to offering renewal. I tried to amend driver 1 to James, but the system came up with a lot of questions as if I was quoting a new policy. Is it possible that this can be updated by MexiPass underwriting?

Difficulty getting answers
It was very difficult to reach someone to get answers to basic questions. It was difficult to determine whether a payment had been made by the policyholder. The renewal process for property policies should be automated the same as the renewal process for auto policies (so the policyholder can make the payment directly).
