Excellent service
I ordered a part for a washing machine. The order was despatched promptly, however, I received a very confused email from Yodel Aberystwyth telling me that they had been unable to locate the delivery address.On querying this with them I received a number of confusing emails which apologised for the problem. They included the delivery address which was accurate. After a number of emails between myself and Yodel they concluded by apologising for not being able to locate my package. I contacted MerseySpares and within 24 hours I had a reply from John asking for more information about Yodel's communications. Today the problem has been resolved and the item required is due to be delivered by Royal Mail.I am very impressed by MerseySpares customer service and will recommend them to others.Thank you for your exemplary service!

Good price and quick delivery
I was looking for some replacement motor brushes for my Evolution mitre saw using google.In the list was Amazon who wanted £6 + £5 p&p. Went back to my search and found mersey spares who wanted £5 & £0 for p&p so i ordered them in the afternoon and they were with me the following morning.Thanks

Also trading as Lazer Electrics Ltd. on eBay.Awful company that takes no ownership or responsibility for damaged spares insisting that the customer must have broken the item, even when faced with clear video evidence to the contrary.Then they have the cheek to deduct return postage from my refund claiming that I broke the part during fitting. A part that was found to be faulty 'before' being fitted by an independent electrician.Had to invoke a dispute through Ebay to get full refund paid.Stay well clear. Any dialogue with them is confrontational, rude and aggressive.
