Slow responses if any to emails
Not a very good service, failure to respond to emails and provide product even though I had provided all the required photos but still took my money and now I have to wait 5 - 10 days for refund

Not a very good service, failure to respond to emails and provide product even though I had provided all the required photos but still took my money and now I have to wait 5 - 10 days for refund
Order 2.5mg mounjaro over two weeks ago, parcel not received. Contacted them they sent another, I recieved the exact same photo showing as delivered but I have not recieved been chasing for an update to no avail. Just want my money back so I can go elsewhere. Will now contact my bank tomorrow to try and obtain the money back. Useless company don’t respond to email chases.
Completed the online form a week ago, issued photos etc and was approved. Made the payment, got an email the next day to say the medication was delayed by 1-2 days. I have contacted Med Express using their chat bot today was left holing for 2 hours despite contacting the bot 4 times to chase up the team member I was then sent a chat to say lines are now closed you will receive an email. Full week and no medication recieved, only able to contact them by chat which is rubbish waiting to be connected to a human. Disgusted with the after sales service or lack of it.
doctor appointment arranged - sat there with link on twice - no doctor then told to reschedule - so frustrating and unable to get hold of anyone to rearrange - just automated responses
After an initial disagreement which went unresolved, Medexpress contacted me to offer a solution. Both parties agreed and now i have no complaints and will continue to buy from Medexpress for the duration of my needs.
My medicine has been lost in the post and MedExpress have been hopeless in arranging a replacement. You can’t talk to anyone and they barely respond to emails. The have promised to send a replacement but that was days ago and nothing received and I don’t think it was been posted. I have asked for my money back and will go elsewhere.
Money was taken over a week ago , photos sent , consultation taken all agreed , 1 week later after numerous emails and calls I find out I need another consultation. Appointment made and no show . Still no sign of order . Disgusting after over £180 taken
So i went through the survey about my health and weight. Your then asked to pay which I did. The money goes out your bank your then asked for a full body photo which I was unable to provide due to an issue with my camera. Im then told I have to wait 3/4 days to get my money back. I understand the need for the photo even though they dont know if its you or not. This photo should be requested before payment. Just be aware in case you have a dodgy camera.
Avoid at all costs, they are dishonest and will take payment and not issue anything
Despite several interactions with this company their information was incorrect which resulted in them not providing a service. I have spent hours trying to resolve this to no effect. Their response time is slow and they do not use the information sent, resulting in duplication of my time. The whole experience has been very stressful.
I am writing this as a serious warning based on my personal medical experience with MedExpress and Mounjaro.I began treatment in October 2024 on 2.5 mg after completing their medical questionnaire. At the time, I assumed the screening process was rigorous and designed to protect patients. Over the next four to five months, I received repeated emails — often twice per month — encouraging dose increases. The messaging strongly pushed escalation, and I eventually reached 10 mg.After reaching the higher dose, my body started reacting in ways that felt deeply wrong. I developed a constant, abnormal hunger sensation and began feeling unwell in a way that was difficult to explain but impossible to ignore. A doctor later contacted me with urgent advice: stop Mounjaro immediately. My pancreas levels had risen dangerously high. This was not a minor side effect. This was a serious medical warning.I informed MedExpress and initially they agreed I should stop. However, despite this, automated emails continued encouraging higher doses, as if my medical emergency did not exist. Receiving dosage escalation prompts while being told by a doctor to stop the drug entirely was frightening and deeply disturbing. What is not made sufficiently clear at the outset is that Mounjaro is originally a diabetes medication with significant metabolic impact. Patients should be fully informed about pancreatic risks, long-term monitoring requirements, and the reality that coming off the drug is not a simple “stop and carry on” situation. Once you start manipulating your metabolism with a diabetic medication, you are committing to lifelong lifestyle management and medical oversight. That conversation did not happen clearly or transparently enough. From a patient safety perspective, this raises serious questions:How aggressively are dose increases being promoted? How closely are patients being medically monitored? Are automated systems overriding individual medical circumstances? Are patients being adequately warned about pancreatic complications? This is not about inconvenience. This is about organ health. My pancreas levels did not rise slightly — they rose to a point where a doctor intervened and told me to stop immediately. That is a red flag no patient should ignore.Anyone considering this treatment should treat it as a serious medical intervention, not a casual weight-loss shortcut. Get independent blood monitoring. Check pancreatic markers regularly. Stay in contact with your GP, not just an online provider. Ask direct questions about exit plans, long-term metabolic consequences, and escalation safety. If something feels wrong in your body, do not wait for reassurance emails. Seek independent medical advice immediately.Patients deserve full transparency, not just convenience and automated prompts.I strongly encourage anyone who has concerns about their treatment to document everything and escalate through formal healthcare complaint channels. Your health is too important to assume the system is automatically protecting you.
I have been with this company since April 2025 and have lost almost 6 stones, but when I put my most recent order in they refused my order, first email said it was because I had a gap in my treatment which I don't as they sold me 3 pens in 1 month, then I get an email stating its because I have had mental health issues, which I don't , then received another email telling me to disregard the email regarding mental health issues as it was an error, then received another email telling me they can't prescribe to me as I have a gallbladder issue, my gallbladder issue was 38 years ago and I haven't had any symptoms since then, the question they ask is do you have a gallbladder issue to which I answered no but had the question been do you or have you ever had a gallbladder issue I would have answered yes. They stated that they had got this information from Shared Care Records, I don't recall them asking my permission to access my records only if they can inform my GP which I didn't have a problem with as it was my GP surgery that said if I could afford it, Mounjaro would more than likely help me lose weight as they couldn't prescribe it to me as I didn't hit all the markers to get it on the NHS. This company are an absolute joke and I wouldn't use them again!!!
Don't use then they are an absolute scam and they will not refund money when they don't even send out what you've ordered. They sound like they are foreign and they just mess you about to take your money.
Very disappointed in there customer service & with holding prescriptions for there benefit making up rules that suit them will be Trying different suppliers
You just can't get a reply from anyone, they keep your order for ages and when you try to email them to find why it's not prescribed you just get an automated email from support. There's no phone number to call them on and they are only open 9-5 Monday to Friday, absolutely rubbish company, even lost my order as they send it out by royal snail and it took over 2 weeks for them to remedy it. Don't bother using this company, they take your money quick enough and then don't give a toss.
Do not recommend Ordered a full month ago. Took my payment straight away. However they habe sent countless and I mean countless emails about, height weight, verification and photos and photos. It goes round and round in circle. How can this be eithical practice. Immediately take money and then stall by sending a million emails. Why not ask all the requests and questions PRIOR to TAKING MONEY. JOKERS
DISGUSTING CUSTOMER CARE. They took my money then kept me waiting for two weeks while they sent me the same email repeatedly asking for information tbat i had already provided them with at least five times. In the end i was forced to cancel my order to preserve my own sanity. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional way to treat a customer
Terrible. No delivery and continually fobbed off and ignored.
Really slow to respond. Take money then leave you hanging. Sort out requirements first then take payment. Wish had read all the Negative reviews First. You have been warned
Placed an order it’s now stuck on clinical every time I chase they keep saying send a photo so I do then nothing till I chase again then get told send some ID 3 times now and still nothing. Now I am being ignored. I left them last August because of bad customer service I should have trusted my gut and not tried them again
