Was a bit sceptical to order because of the reviews, but chose to order anyway. Ordered two jackets from Maap on Sunday, received on Wednesday (Netherlands to Denmark). Quick delivery and nice items. Would definitely order from Maap again!

Poor Quality and Service at a High Price
I have numerous items from MAAP but their quality is extremely inconsistent a pair of bib shorts have failed on the stitching, but their customer service is awful. At the "premium" price point they are aiming for the service and quality needs to be better. There are much better brands out there and the number of review saying the same thing is becoming apparent.

One day you check out the items on sale and put them in your shopping cart at a certain price. The next day you find that all the prices have gone up... plus they're already very expensive! The worst brand.

Claiming my return was not received by the warehouse despite tracking showing it has been delivered and DPD confirming it was, when I phoned to check directly with them.0 customer service, help or management response.They not only have no respect for consumer rights but do not reply to live chats, emails or phone calls.It's been over 2 months and if I ever do get through to someone (always the same person) on live chat they simply say "the warehouse doesn't have the return" and will not help me any further.I have been told multiple times that management will be in touch from Australia but they do not get in touch or reply to emails.

Love my MAAP clothing (both cycling wear and the off-bike range). Have bought from them multiple times and they've always arrived quickly, with high quality finishes. Returns have been easy too. Always look forward to their Black Friday sales.

If they want to be a premium brand, they need to have better customer support, and care more for their customers.When you pay for the goods, you don't exist for them anymore, they just don't want to help, no way.And price is too high for the quality but that is a different story.I am done with MAAP, for good.

Terrible quality control and accountability.
I ordered a sweat shirt and everything is fine except the next is way too small, it is 2 inches smaller than the last one I purchased from them in size Med, and smaller than any other brand I have owned IN THE NECK - Meaning this is not a sizing issue on my part it is a manufacturing issue. I sent this this message -Good day, this is not a sizing problem, the sleeves and length are perfect and exactly the same as the other maap med I have. It is a defect of manufacturing around the neck, that seam is totally in a different location and the opening is almost 2 inches smaller, I do not know how much more clear I can be. They insist it is not a problem and I have to buy a larger size which I do not need, the arms, shoulders and length are plenty big. They refuse to accept this is a manufacturing defect.

Worst customer service I've experienced…
Worst customer service I've experienced from an online store. I love the designs and colors but will never buy from them again due to their lack of customer support and their e-commerce site is a nightmare. They need to do a better job of retaining purchase history and returns and payment methods etc. Lots of work needs to be done on their site. This is not one time experience but multiple returns and issues through the last year.

I purchased the women's short Team Bib Evo and there is virtually zero padding in the chamois. On a 130km ride I felt like my sit bones were directly on the seat with no protection. I have a winter MAAP Bib Tight that is really protective and comfortable which is why I bought a summer version. Unfortunately the difference between the two is stark and it's clear to see just by looking at them. I communicated my experience to MAAP and they told me I was imagining it and the two were the same.

Don't buy from their website
The products are good; however, customer service is nonexistent. I ordered an item to be shipped to Switzerland, and not only was I charged double tax (EU VAT + Swiss import), but they also haven't responded to any emails for two weeks. Now I'd like to make a return, but again, radio silence. I've been buying their products since they weren't even represented in Europe, directly from Australia, and it all used to go smoothly. Ordered from MAAP several items in the sale. Once dispatched they arrived quickly. The quality is great. Unfortunately had an accident only 2 days after receiving my order but the bib shorts didn’t rip and genuinely saved me from getting a much worse injury. Will only buy MAAP moving forward for their durability.

Poor return experience and low quality fabrics
Bought the women's pink bibs. They came, and when I tried them on, they were basically see through! Ie. You could see my butt where the chamois didn't rise in the back. $295 for these. I tried issuing a return, via their confirmation delivery email. Their portal wasn't working, but turns out you need to Google the right return portal for your country. Once I got it in the mail, they recieved it in 5 business days. It's been over 25 days. No money has been returned. No response via email. Their Melbourne customer service told me they were backed up from the sale (which was 15 days ago). I guess I should have just kept the bibs. Now I don't have $295 or bibs. Wtf. Shouldn't be this difficult to issue a return for such a well known brand.

Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service. I bought multiple items for my dad for Father’s Day and paid £7 shipping. I got a confirmation email and then no further communication. After 10 days without any information and no package received, I got a refund into my bank for one of the items. I reached out after 15 days to ask what the status was of the order (having missed Father’s Day) and got no reply. After 19 days I got an email from the delivery company saying the order was en route. After 23 days I received the single item. I still have not had a reply from support after 24 days with any explanation, I haven’t received an email explaining why I didn’t get the other item, and I haven’t received an email apologising for the order taking 23 days to arrive. This would be a terrible service regardless but the fact that they make you pay £7 for delivery adds insult to injury. Stick to Pas Normal. Higher quality gear and much better service.

Poor quality and customer service
I purchased Evade Pro Base Jersey 2.0 and Team Evo bib shorts, the finish on the zip track was really poor with sharp edges and damaged the bibs after one ride. Whilst I like the fit and how the kit looks, the quality for the price is really poor. All other jerseys I have from other manufacturers have the end of the zip track heemed. I've contacted customer service with no response, this is my first and last purchase of Maap kit.

Loyal customer no more – MAAP's quality is a disaster
I used to love MAAP, but the brand has completely gone downhill. My Team Evo Bib tore in the mesh back after just 6 rides. One of their baselayers ripped on the front after maybe 15 wears. Then I received a Training 3.0 bib with a strap sewn on twisted – seriously? Customer support was cold, unhelpful, and unwilling to make it right. For premium prices, this is unacceptable. I'm done with MAAP.

Unfortunately, my experience with MAAP was quite frustrating. The products have not been delivered, and we are stuck with local shippers with no progress. I have asked the support team to provide any contact details for the shipper to understand the situation, with no Luck.
