Placed an order with them on July 27th, confirmed July 28th. The order was for 2 Slide On Collar Tags for my dogs. The confirmation says it will be mailed out within 2 to 3 business days. This never happened. Todays date if Aug 22th and I still haven’t received my order.I receive an UP-SALE notice on Aug 5th, asking me if I wanted a 1 time Owner Alert service which I declined.Aug 6th, they state they’d go ahead with my order. On Aug 13th I advised I hadn’t received my order yet, what’s going on???Aug 14th stated order sent out on Aug 11 USPS, first class mail.. Orders can take 3-9 business days. August 20th still haven’t received order. Advised them if not received by Aug 21st I’m disputing order with Credit Card.Haven’t heard from them, silence. I advised my CC to dispute charges. This company is crazy. I thought I was dealing with a reputable company. If I could give it a Zero rating I would. There’s no reason for this type of behavior.Can only recommend to others not to do business with them.I have all the email in writingI'm sorry, this was not meant for Luckypet.com.au. I don't think Lucky Pet Supplies have a customer service team. This can cause major issues if you need to return a product. I called to return an item for a refund, and spoke to Jo, one of the business owners. She then emailed me with return instructions. I returned the item, which was delivered back to the warehouse shortly after. After a couple of weeks I still had not received a refund. I attempted calling 4 times, and emailing twice, with no response. Then I resorted to using their online enquiry form to tell them I'd be taking further action if I didn't hear from them by the end of the day. That seemed to work as I got a response later that night. Jo attempted to shift responsibility by claiming she had not received any of my emails, and had received no calls from me. I then provided her with proof via call logs and a copy of the emails I had sent. She then attempted to excuse her unavailability with travel, then tried to tell me the warehouse received my returned product a week later than the tracking number suggested. I did not get a refund for it until I raised a PayPal dispute, to which Jo agreed to finally refund me. Their products are legit however their customer service is severely lacking. When the products arrived, they were covered in a thick layer of dust/dirt. Ironically, Jo asked me to make sure the products were clean upon return. I don't think they check the condition of their products in the warehouse before they get sent out. This experience showed a clear lack of professionalism, follow-through, and honesty. Unfortunately, I think that says a lot about the person running the business. It's really important as a business owner to display integrity and accountability.

Simple- don’t trust Lucky Pet.
This is quite simple, do not buy from this company. They advertise products incorrectly, falsely use images of dogs that use a product when they clearly couldn’t possibly. When you ask for a refund based on valid reasoning, they drip feed communication to slow things down. They clearly don’t see what they are doing is wrong and misleading. Can’t be trusted.

Please stay away from this company. They basically stole my money. My order never got delivered and I never received a refund, even though it has been 2 months. I wrote to Lucky Pet many times asking for refund, but they only gave me excuses and then didn't respond at all and ignored my email. I am really shocked and disappointed with this behavior.

Stay away from this dodgy business! They will not honor their return policies and you will receive zero customer service. The cat litter box we ordered was inaccurately described with incorrect size stated. When we emailed to request a return we received rude and dismissive emails and all communication subsequently stopped. They are just ignoring our emails. We will have to recover costs from our credit card company. Just awful!

Cat loves the K&H Thermo Heated Bed
I ordered the K&H Thermo Heated Round Indoor Pet Bed for my cat, Chanel. It arrived within a few days and so far very happy with it. Nice and warm and she loves it as we're headed into winter and it's her new favourite place in my daughter's bedroom. Have recommended it to my sister.

Extremely bad customer service! No reply at all after you paid for the items and ask for help. They just want your money but not care about the customers! No refund with sending to a incorrect address and no response to you! Strongly not recommend this shop! Don't waste your time and money! Avoid Lucky Pet Supplies!

No wonder they only have 3 stars... And that's being generous. Beware of buying via this company.They sold me a faulty dog door and after going back and forth with time wasting assumptions of why the door isn't functioning properly, their only solution was for me to send the doggy door back in original packaging. So the fact I had spent $380 getting glass cut for the exact measurements for the doggy door wasn't taken into consideration or the fact id be left with a gaping hole in the glass. I queried this multiple times and was completely ignored. They are quick to take your money then leave you high and dry.Beware of purchasing from a company behaving fraudulently.

I am definitely not one to write negative reviews, but having had such a bad experience with this company, I hope I can help others avoid a similar experience (I should have read the other negative reviews).I purchased both a dog door and a locking adapter from Lucky Pet. There was a bracket missing from the dog door, rendering the locking adapter useless. I reached out explaining there was a missing part, and was told to leave it with them. In the 4 weeks I waited for a response regarding the replacement part, I had to organise an alternative solution to secure the door and my house.After 4 weeks I reached out and requested a refund due to the lack of replacement part.Jo then lied to me, saying that a replacement part had already been sent out a few weeks earlier, and that she had sent me a tracking number. None of these things were true, and it seemed she was only saying this to try and save face.I had offered to pay another $15 postage in order to return the product, but was told I would not be unable to return it because it had been longer than a week since purchase.After much back and forth, they agreed to a refund, but then told me it would cost more than 3x the original postage amount to return it ($50), which seemed like a ploy to steal money back.I ended up speaking with Consumer Affairs, who told me that Lucky Pet should be processing the refund, and covering all return postage costs; they instructed me to write an official letter of complaint outlining the above. Jo ignored this letter, claiming to be on holiday and that she wasn't going to have access to her emails for *7 weeks*, and that she would be ignoring all emails prior. This was a lie, as she promptly responded via email to a fake customer request I placed through their website a few days later.I still haven't heard back to my letter, and now have to take this to VCAT in order to find a resolution.I really hope this story can help someone avoid this horribly unprofessional, and unethical, company.
