I didn't receive the items
I Bought a plugin deal, and I didn't receive any of the plugins. They have not responded to my email or support ticket. Their phone number is dead!

Not even installing
I received a two months free subscription for Loopcloud, from Arturia. From the beginning, the links Arturia offers to download Loopcloud are broken, and they take you directly to the paid plans. I talked with Loopcloud customer service and they had the patience to relink and delete my account in order to access them. Then, after download, the page is stuck on Please wait... I wrote to them again, sent me to my library to rename it, still didn't work. Tried resetting my pass, then it said I exceeded my installations, even though in my Loopcloud account I have no device active. The only reason I am giving two stars is for the customer support, they really tried. Definitely not recommend.

Loopcloud is ingenious
Loopcloud is ingenious, it’s a great idea and works really well on my desktop and in my DAW (Cubase). I’m a slow learner so it has taken me time to get my head around it, but it has really helped generate ideas and finish productions. Subscriptions are very reasonable considering the thought and work behind this software and the loops it offers. During the past two years it has got better and better.. can’t praise these guys enough.

Really great and extensive assortment…
Really great and extensive assortment of sound packs you can sample for your song, best thing is you can listen to each sound before you buy. Trustworthy.
