After several issues of creating an account online for renters insurance I was quoted a yearly price of $60. I made a $5 deposit, next thing I know I receive a billing email for $ 36 due in March. I called and after not getting a reasonable explanation I decided to pay the full year. I was charged $61. Have no idea how they came up with that number. I overpaid by $6. I'm 95 percent sure I will not be renewing in 2/27.
