Supplied with a faulty air purifier and no response from customer service to rectify. There is an email address only and no telephone contact available. Avoid this company as they are deliberately negligent with customer support. I know this as they are extremely efficient at taking your money!

The Levoit 2.5L Top Fill humidifier
The Levoit 2.5L Top Fill humidifier is not built to be cleaned. The brush that comes with the unit is not designed to fit into the water crevices to be cleaned. I decided to write for support and received a case number. The person asked for : - PDF/screenshot of the order invoice (including the date of purchase, order ID, and product information)- Photo or video of what you are experiencing with the product- Clear photo of the model number sticker (typically found on the back or bottom of the unit)- Full name and shipping address . The would not be needed since I was sent an order # invoice. Shouldn't that be in your records. Taking a photo of the bottom of the unit is next to impossible because most of the wording blends into the unit. I sent all of this to them. Waited a week and resubmitted the information. The person sent an email stating the photo was not clear. That was 3 days ago. NO RESPONSE. Two case numbers and no help. I have trashed the unit and happy that there are other humidifiers that seem to be of far better quality as well as have excellent customer service.

Horrible experience with this product
Horrible experience with this product, the customer support, and trying to get a replacement next to impossible. In bad health after catching horrible cold. I was told I could benefit from the use of an air purifier. A relative purchased one for me and dropped it off. Very happy I went online and registered the product and couldn't wait to use. I plugged it it and turned it on everything appeared fine. Didn't pay attention to it as I assumed it was doing it's job. Helping me to breath better. Then I noticed it wasn't makingng any noise yet lights were on and nothing was coming out . Well it went back in box and when I received email from company looking for me to support there product or sell me something else I told them. It's horrible , how do I get a replacement or refund? They replied with a laundry list of things to do. I responded with a screenshot of my product registration email showing my warranty # a picture of the unit and a firm email, requesting a replacement. We'll now they replied with another list for me to do including a video, original invoice , and a demonstration. What a sham , my product registration with manufacturer warranty with a consumer statement that there item does not work and that it's defective is not sufficient. I'm sorry but in this country if you sell a product that does not perform or operate as intended the manufacturer must warranty there product. So avoid this product and this company. If they can sell us junk that don't work like it's supposed to and won't honor there warranty. They will do it to you

Levoit refuses to respond for warranty request
I have had my Levoit (owned by VeSync) for over a year and I’ve replace the original core filter every few months. My unit is making a well known “chirping” sound which has been going on over a month. I’ve contacted Levout customer service now 4 seperate times and they refuse to respond to my warranty request. I would avoid this company since they claim they have excellent customer service and warranty but I’ve not been able to get a reply from anyone. I even wrote their CEO including the VeSync their partner company. No one has responded. I would never buy another product from LeVoit.

Levoit dont keep any spares for the products they sell
Bought two new purifies - they arrived without power supplies - Levoit refused to provide replacements as they don't keep any spares for the items they sell. Avoid buying anything from this company - they cant provide any support - they don't keep spares

Knew by the size of box. I can return at my own cost. Disappointed and happy to exchange for smaller one.ive bought 600smart purifier

No way of contacting them by phone from the UK. You can email and that then becomes a VERY long winded process and they can ask for a video which is almost impossible to send to them as the file is too large. I like their purifiers but any issues with machines or filters and it's a problem doubled by their lack of support outside the US. It has put me off future purchases. It's also really annoying not being able to get the full range of replacement filters in the UK.Some of mine have only lasted 2 months not 6-12 and it's being used in the countryside.If you buy from Amazon the link to contact Levoit and their website, send you to a random company called Mellif Tools, VERY odd.PLEASE Levoit, provide UK customers with a telephone or chat to contact you with!

Seem to be good fans...if only I could actually buy one!
Their fans are well reviewed, if only you could actually buy one! I placed an order online, told it was dispatched and then Evri seemed to miss up the delivery - they claimed delivery but it never arrived, and their proof of delivery did not match my address or show the right packaging/product. And of course Levoit customer service have now said they are out of stock and can't arrange a replacement. They are arranging a refund, but I don't understand why they can't prioritise finding a fan from their "limited stock" to a customer who has had an issue like this. To add an annoying cherry on top I had to print, scan and email a form to get the refund...a little of extra time spend on what has already been a massive waste of time. As long they use Evri, and have stock issues, avoiding ordering online from them.

STEP AWAY FROM LEVOIT UK
This is directed at Levoit UK. Saw their 42" smart tower fan on Amazon and decided this was the one for me, although the lead time for delivery was 1 to 4 weeks. With that in mind, I found the Levoit uk website and noted they were doing a £20 discount on the non smart version and a 5 day delivery time. I placed my order immediately.Alarm bells started ringing when it stated to track my order I needed to download a third party app. This I did, only to find it would close down as soon as I opened it. No matter how many times I uninstalled and reloaded it still did not open. I contacted Customer service by e-mail. They reassured me that as soon as the order is shipped they will inform me by e-mail. Fast forward 2 days and an e-mail was sent...not to tell me that it had be shipped, but to tell me they had sold out but hoped to restock soon but the £20 discount would now not be honoured. This of course was not acceptable on my behalf, thus cancelled the order. Now waiting for my money to be refunded, which can (and probably will) take up to 10 days to process.Side issues, you cannot phone customer service. There is no phone number. The whole experience is appalling.I am not doubting the product itself, just Levoit UK. My next step is to contact the parent company to see how legit Levoit UK is. Addendum The entire Customer support team is based in the USA. Hence, no phone number or tracking available from the UK website. IMHO, this will only harm the company reputation over this side of the Atlantic, regardless of the quality of the product. Until that is rectified, it is a no from me.

No way of contacting via phone for UK…
No way of contacting via phone for UK customers. Bought a tower fan on their website three days ago which still hasn’t been dispatched. No way of choosing a next day delivery option. Given the heatwave we’re in I needed the fan quickly. I made the conscious decision not to purchase from Amazon because of their immoral tax evasion and treatment of workers. Looks like there is no alternative out there.

Air Purifier was £50 and we have had it on 24/7 for about a year now. Great product, air feels cleaner and when it’s boiling we use it as air con to cool down. Gets a bit noisy on max power though.

I had a problem with a humidifier that started leaking after one year. Given the warranty is 2 years, I reached out, and they have been extremely helpful in addressing the issue. The humidifier I bought was no longer produced, so they refunded me. One of the best customer services I have dealt with.

Fantastic Warranty Experience
My air purifier developed problems after 8 months of usage. I was unable to provide much of the documentation required to support a claim. Customer service patiently worked with me and replaced the unit. They could have easily rejected my claim and I would have understood. Their willingness to go the extra mile has made me a customer for life!

They are a mess I bought their Everest air purifier which stopped working around the 5 month and I asked for a replacement since was still under warranty. They offered me $30 which I thought was silly considering it was $500 because they couldn’t honor sending me the color I bought it in. They just sent me whatever color they wanted. And keep dragging out the issue what a nightmare of a company.

Scam - no way of contacting them
I purchased two levoit lv-h13 tower air purifiers from levoit via Amazon around a year ago. I have now gone to replace the filter to find they have removed the purifier from Amazon and their EU website and the appropriate filter. I tried to contact them directly but the number on their website does not work and they only provide an email for “EU” customers which no one responds to. I now have spent over £600 on air purifiers which are now redundant as I have no way of replacing the filters. Levoit should be avoided at all costs. They also claimed their filters were hepa standard then later retracted that claim. They are clearly not to be trusted and are not running an honest business with customer support.

Received 200 cordless vacuum, charged battery, turn on, brush with light not working. Called 3x, on wait longest 20 min. Gave up, will just send back, go back to known good cordless vacuum, ugh prices tell everything
