After this long wait, it was disappointing to not receive the part I was needing! So, apparently the part is not part of the stake, but the part between the stake and the light, that contains the screw that tightens the light after positioning. Landscapers have been kicking them and busting the tightening screw bolt. Thought everything but the light was part of the stake piece. I had even originally sent photos of a broken light. To no avail.
Pickup went smoothly from start to finish. The check in process is quick, employee greeted me, verified my order quickly, and explained everything clearly. I was in and out in just a few minutes.
My order was incomplete and no contact number to discuss it.
I was actually very surprised that I even got a response to the email that I sent. They were able to provide replacement parts that I needed.

Made it very painful to replace 1 broken stake. Very time consuming and took months for a simple replacement that any other company would have done as a courtesy yet they charged me for the stake and shipping. Staff was friendly but policy is not customer friendly
While the website was easily maneuverable and the products were of good quality, the descriptions were confusing. Packages were not delivered on time, in the wrong quantity, customer service is nonexistent, and the downfalls set our project back a week.
