DO NOT JOIN - DEBT COLLECTION !!

If the small print were in bold and highlighted clearly, you wouldn't have any customers or business. The management here are unprofessional bullies that force you to play every game - if you dont, they threaten you with a £35 fee. If you try and leave? They threaten you with a £70 fee. If you dont pay? They threaten with debt collection. Terrible company!!! MAKE THE SMALL PRINT T&C BIGGER SO PEOPLE ARE FULLY INFORMED... NO ONE IS GOING TO READ PAGES ON PAGES OF T&C FOR A GAME OF 6-A-SIDE.

Happy to take your money, referring encourages players to fight. Lots of teams just turning up to fight one and another. Would not recommend to anyone who has to get up for work the next day.

Leisure leagues Sedgley.

Leisure leagues Sedgley.Team @ Borrusia dormston not interested in playing with each other and are happy to criticise others but not criticise themselves. Not only this team members couldnt be bothered to show up for a fixture and didn't bother to let me know they weren't coming so I was left stranded and wondering hopelessly trying to find them only to find out they couldn't be bothered to attend and let me know they weren't attending. No excuses, poor communication from team and managers for not informing me of this.

Leisure Leagues is hands down the best…

Leisure Leagues is hands down the best small-sided football league I’ve ever played in! From the moment you sign up, everything is professionally managed, making it easy to get started. The communication is excellent, with clear fixtures, league tables, and regular updates. The matches are always well-organised, with FA-accredited referees ensuring fair play and a competitive but friendly atmosphere. The quality of the pitches is top-notch, and the equipment is well-maintained, making every game enjoyable. One of the things I love most is the structure of the leagues. Every week, there’s a real sense of competition, with league standings, top scorer charts, and even Man of the Match awards, adding an extra level of excitement. Whether you’re playing for fun or taking it seriously, there’s something for everyone. The sense of community is fantastic too. The teams are a mix of experienced players and newcomers, and the league welcomes all abilities, which creates a great social environment. Plus, the prizes for winners and runners-up make it even more rewarding! If you’re looking for a well-run, competitive, and enjoyable football experience, I highly recommend Leisure Leagues. It’s a great way to stay active, improve your game, and be part of an amazing football community. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Leisure League Newark - Avoid at all costs!

If you want and enjoyable and well managed game of football then avoid Leisure League! I've been involved in a couple of teams, and we are all disappointed in the management of games played and situations that have arisen. Here's a couple of examples that have NOT been dealt with firmly or appropriately in recent months.- Racism towards one of our players- A chokehold, that could have killed one of our players without interventionRules are made up as they go, and changed to suit themselves throughout. There is zero room to reason with any officials or management, which often causes any situation to escalate rather than de-escalate. Save yourself the time and money, and invest elsewhere.

This company is literally the dregs

This company is literally the dregs of six a side football. As others have said and I can attest to myself the moment you consider pulling your team out of one of their leagues, they will threaten you with debt collection and massive fines. Furthermore, the equipment that they provide is cheap and poor quality. The footballs They use for their games Might as well be bought from a pound shop.None of their leagues are affiliated with the football association which means you get people playing who have been banned from regular football usually because of violence. It also means that any violence that happens in their leagues has absolutely no consequences. To conclude, avoid this company at all costs.

So much to say and so little time

So much to say and so little time, and since they don’t want to look after officials that look after them then I have no time to actually bother writing anything worthwhile. If you are an official reading this do yourself a favour, runaway run far far away!!

Terrible leagues ran by organisers who you can only describe as dictators!! Leisure Leagues there self have no control over these organisers either. If they don't like how you look then they will get you kicked out of the league. Discrimination in its finest form.

Just pure greed these days,

Just pure greed these days. Made our birchwood lincoln pitch which has 3 full 6 a side pitches into 4 pitches. That means everything is sideways and too small to enjoy. Feels like toddlers pitches. The fee per match hasn't been reduced, that's a lot more money for leisure leagues. They don't have time to set up properly either. Whilst most the refs down they are decent blokes, even they agree... How is this better for the players, where is the incentive? Cash cash cash all they care about these days. Really hope teams pull out

Care about ££ and nothing else! AVOID!!

Left the league because they were throwing out “points matches” left right and centre. They even had to have a 2 week break mid season to find new teams to cover the teams that had dropped out and guess what… first match back was a points match!!Now they are saying we are liable to pay for 2 weeks because we need to give 2 weeks notice and now they are talking about “debt recovery” it’s £38 a game and you can’t even get us proper matches just points matchesWhy should we give 2 weeks notice when you can’t find us proper games to play? Read a few reviews on here about the “debt recovery” texts and looks like it’s just to scare you into paying

Supposed to be over 35s league

Supposed to be over 35s league, head office/area manager/league supervisor/match referee, none of them care, referee even said to me, 'he must be over 35, he's going bald'. Bad attitude. They let under 35s play and watch them. Area manager is Ste, he runs at Stourbridge rugby club and other venues, just wants the money and cares nothing about anything else.Says I need to put date of experience, but has been ongoing for a while.

Head referee "James" displaying threatening behavior at Stevenage, The Valley School

Leisure Leagues haven't responded to any of my emails regarding their head referee James displaying threatening behaviour towards one of the players. The initial email sent: "Dear Leisure Leagues Management,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident that occurred during a recent match in which I participated. My experience with Leisure Leagues has generally been positive, but unfortunately, a recent encounter has left me quite disappointed.During the match, Referee/Site Manager James displayed unprofessional behaviour by directing offensive language towards one of our players, using derogatory terms such as "f*ckface" and "d*ckhead". This was while he walked up to persons face and put his head against theirs, at which they questioned "are you threatening me?". I believe such behaviour goes against the spirit of fair play and sportsmanship that Leisure Leagues aims to uphold. I request that appropriate action be taken to address this issue and prevent the recurrence of such offensive conduct by referees in the future.Furthermore, I would like to express my concern regarding the officiating in our league. The poor quality of officiating has become a recurrent issue, with blatant decisions being made that significantly impact the fairness of the matches. The referees, including Referee James, appear smug and disinterested in addressing the concerns raised by players, creating an atmosphere of frustration and discontent among participants., which is easily displayed in the evidence of teams consistently coming and going.I understand that refereeing is a challenging task, but the consistent lack of professionalism and apparent disregard for the impact on the players is disheartening. I urge Leisure Leagues to take necessary steps to improve the officiating standards, ensuring a more enjoyable and fair experience for all participants.I trust that you will thoroughly investigate these matters and take appropriate action to maintain the integrity of Leisure Leagues. Your attention to these concerns is greatly appreciated.Thank you for your prompt and thorough consideration of this complaint.Sincerely,Anon."I then followed this up almost three weeks later, assuming the claim they make on their website how any complaints guarantee a response within two weeks, was ignored, which it was. The follow up email: "I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to follow up on the complaint I submitted regarding an incident during a recent match at the Stevenage site. As of yet, I have not received any response or acknowledgment of my concerns, which is deeply disappointing. You pride yourself on responding within 14 days and that "majority of people who complain are satisfied after an initial discussion". Find proof here: *image of leisure leagues guarantee response claim* "'You will always receive a reply within 14 days. This will not be a standard reply. Each reply to a written complaint is individual and tailored to the complaint you are making. We will always try to be fair. It is our intention to treat you as customers with respect and courtesy. You are important to us. Remember, we want to hear what you have to say, so please do contact us for any reason.'In my initial email, I detailed the unprofessional behaviour displayed by Referee/Site Manager James, including the use of offensive language and inappropriate physical conduct towards one of our players. Despite bringing this matter to your attention and emphasising the urgency of addressing it, I have not heard back from anyone at Leisure Leagues. It is concerning to see that despite James being made aware of the issue, no action has been taken to address it or prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. This lack of response only compounds the frustration and disappointment felt by myself and others who witnessed the incident.Additionally, I reiterated my concerns regarding the overall officiating standards in our league, highlighting the recurring issues with poor decision-making and a dismissive attitude towards player concerns. These issues not only detract from the enjoyment of the game but also undermine the integrity of the league. As a loyal participant in Leisure Leagues, I believe it is imperative that these matters are addressed promptly and effectively to uphold the values of fair play and sportsmanship that your organisation strives to promote."There was a bit more, but I ran out of characters. This has been completely ignored, but they are fully aware of the situation at Stevenage, because James was making jokes regarding this. Their claim to respond is an utter lie.I will continue to escalate and report this as necessary.

Where to start

Where to start; -Only want money -Over charge in every way possible-Less than a weeks notice for any price increase-Any change of anything no notice -Indoor league but if it’s outside for a reason they basically give you no option than to play outside even if people aren’t able to-Games aren’t 40 minutes as advertised they are now like 30-Allow ages from 12 years old despite stating her 16’s -Ignore any communication Shockingly ran, rude staff, ignorant staff and just absolute shambles. Reported to trading standards.

Awful ran company

Awful ran company. Signed up a team but told Steve in particular that I was waiting on a few players to confirm. He has now said I have to pay £105 for fees otherwise it’ll go to debt collection. He was a bellend with not a clue in the world. I signed up because I wanted to enjoy playing football again and now I’ve been slapped with a fine. Has anyone experienced similar? Avoid at all costs!!!

If I could rate less than one star

If I could rate less than one star, trust me I would. Absolutely shocking, should some of these employees even be employed? Worst service, rude, lack of understanding. This company is money grabbing, absolutely no care given about the sport or that it promotes public health. More interested in grabbing money. Threatened the team being kicked out the league unless money is payed for a game individuals didn’t even play for!!!! Shocking, disgusting, I have no words.
