First ebike

The unboxing was great the bike was securely packed, no damage . Loved that the bike was mostly fully assembled. Liked the monitor, simple to use very intuitive. First e bike, loving it so far!!

Unbelievably easy setup!

I was ready to watch a bunch of YouTube videos on how to set up a bike myself and put in several hours to get it ready for my wife's birthday, but assembly was easier than I could've ever imagined! No tools were needed, and there was new technology used to lock the folding parts that I didn't know existed. Lectric figured out how to take away all of the pains of getting a new bike, and how to get on the road as quickly as possible! Highly recommended!!

I believe the product is great.

I believe the product is great, however due to weather I have not been able to ride. The main office seemed to lack experience as i called 3 times trying to get the distance between rear wheels on the trike 2. I wanted this information to find ramps. Also to plan out hauling in my pickup. I purchased a trike2 750 for my wife and a xp4 for myself due to not getting sufficient informaton.I was going to get two trike2 750. The answer i was given was they would work on a wheel cair ramp. That is true for some wheel chair ramps but not all. I ask fkr measurments wheel to wheel. I will give a follow up review when i get my 1st ride.

Did not receive bikes that were advertised not receive the bikes that were…

Did not receive the bikes that were advertised. Ordered 2 bikes, both were older models and had to be assembled by an independent contractor. Disappointed we got older models and had to deal with all the issues to get the bikes assembled . No discounts were offered or any other accommodation for inconvenience and deceptive business practices.

Happy new customer

I loved how smoothly the buying prosses was, you get a 10 out of 10. The only negative was the rear fender is not lined up withe the wheel and is only covering 75 % of the wheel. I think it was installed incorrectly.

My new ride

Received bike about 10 days after ordering, from opening the box to riding took about 15 minutes, my wife has the xpress ,we are looking forward to plenty of riding, so far no issues, we are happy customers.

The wrong address was put on the order…

The wrong address was put on the order by mistake. It caused a fiasco with delivery by FedX. The package was beat up and had been retapped several places. There was a cut in the seat but everything else was good. I am enjoying the new tricycle.
