Never received my order, no response at all.
Made an order; never received the order. Contacted them by email three times, rang their number more than 10 times, always on opening hours. No answer. Not sure if it's a scam or not. I would definitely recommend looking into another company.

I seldom write reviews, but I really think Laptop-key Europe deserves it. I had to replace a key of my keyboard and the supporting spring that goes with it. They assisted me in choosing the correct replacement for my computer model. They shipped from France to Italy the parts in less than a week and they sent me also their tutorial -available on YouTube- on how to replace the part, which I did and now my computer keyboard is like new! I can't thank them enough! I had asked in a store how much it was to do the same job and they told me that it was necessary to replace the entire keyboard for 90 euros! Thanks to this service, I did it myself spending 10 euros, shipping included! Go figure!

I bought the same replacement keys from two different companies at the same time (to hedge my bets).Those from laptopkey-europe were a mess - wrong letters, wrong "hinges" none of the three different types I ordered worked properly!Those from replacementlaptopkeys.com took a while to arrive but worked perfectly first time (the only one I ordered).I'm giving 2 starts instead of 1 because the delivery was quick and the one type did JUST get me through 2 weeks before those from replacementlaptopkeys.com arrived. Although I had to hit the key more on one side that the other!

Very much recommended
Very much recommended! I got a helpful answer in the matter of hours and three additional rubber domes for my MacBook for free, which I couldn't find anywhere else on the internet. Shipping to Germany was also surprisingly fast and cheap

Good experience
Kids destroyed some keys on the keyboard. For the total price of 15 EUR, incl. shipping, I got the possibility to restore the notebook without bringing it to the service. Thank you. Everything was sent fast and appropriately packaged.

Really bad business
Really bad business. Ordered a key for my laptop after I doublechecked and triple checked the specs and verified it with the photos they had online. After paying extra for fast delivery and packaging (they just put the key in a normal envelope without protection!) they send me the wrong key + bracket. Obviously not for the right keyboard. Total garbage

Fast delivery, great service
I placed a wrong order and contacted them to cancel it. Normally you can only cancel the order once it is shipped. It is written on their website. However, they did cancel my order before then so I was able to place my order again. One day later they received the payment, my package was in my mailbox. I did not expect it to arrive this fast. I needed two hinges and two different keys. I don't know how many hinges they send but I got 2 hinges per key. I managed to fix them so the other two hinges are my spare hinges in case. They also sent me an extra thing that is placed under the hinge. A soft plastic material. I don't remember I asked for it but it is really well thought. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. I will definitely order from them again.
