I ordered outdoor lights (different lights - total of 5) but forgot to order light bulbs. So, I chatted with an agent, provided my order number and within seconds she had my required 5 lights bulbs in the cart for me! So easy - very grateful. I believe her name was Nuria?

Quality service and merchandise
This is our 3rd order with Lamps Plus and our orders have arrived on time and no damage to packages or merchandise. We were missing a part on one piece of merchandise, but I called Customer Service and they shipped us the part the very next day at no charge.

Checkout Is Confusing and Too Complicated
Your site is going overboard in trying to get me to sign up for the Capital one shopping app and for enrollment in Hulu/Disney & other places. Checkout is much too confusing and difficult instead of simple and straightforward.
