We completed a drywall job for Frank…
We completed a drywall job for Frank about two months ago. At first, he seemed responsible and professional. However, once the job was finished, he asked me to wait for payment until his tenant paid him.I have been patient and respectful, but the reality is that he is the one who owes me the money. His cash flow issues with his tenant are not my responsibility as a subcontractor. When I follow up for payment, he becomes offended instead of taking accountability. This situation has been very disappointing. He refers to himself as an “investor,” yet profits by not paying the people who do the work. That is not professional and shows a lack of integrity.I am no longer asking for my payment here. I am sharing this experience so other subcontractors are aware and can protect themselves. I will also be posting text messages as proof of everything stated above.
