Great Products, Even Better Customer Service!
I've used and purchased many of their products and found them to be of very high quality - both their flours and other ingredients, and the tools and bakeware they offer too. I recently had a purchase that was damaged during shipping, called their customer help line, and they replaced the item no questions asked and thanked me for my business. You can get their products other places, sometimes cheaper even - but customer service like that is exactly why I'm happy to pay the extra dollar or two! I like that they're employee-owned, and it shows. Good people and I look forward to future purchases.
