I live only 5 minutes away, yet every single time I order, the food arrives lukewarm or mostly cold. Today was the final straw. I tried the "new" snack boxes, and the value is nonexistent.At £4.99, the boneless snack box is nearly double the pre-COVID price of £2.99, but you now get half the food. It was just one single strip and some cold chips in a tiny box. The popcorn chicken box was just as bad—maybe 6 pieces of chicken and cold fries. To top it off, I used a reward for a free chicken strip, and it was soggy and freezing cold. The shrinkflation combined with poor quality means I won't be back. Waited for 30 minutes
I ordered ahead of time, so it would be a quick pick up. I went through the drive through to pick up as I had two toddlers sleeping in the car. I sat in the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes. This is super long at a small town KFC. There was only two cars ahead of me. And by the looks, they only had one small bag each. This is just ridiculous. This isn't the first time. It has happened before- guess that was the last straw. Won't be going back.

The order, originally, lacked the side of corn on the cob - it was apparent that the two people packing orders were conducting a conversation rather than paying full attention to their work. I checked the order before leaving and the error was only then corrected.On unpacking the order at home we found that the "Family Feast" contained no less than 7 drumsticks out of the 10 pieces within thus impossible for everyone to have any variation and a very high proportion of bone waste.

Ordered our food on just eat from KFC Amersham. Was told 30 mins for delivery. We received our order 90 mins later. There are no phone numbers to call and enquire you just have to wait. I will never use KFC amersham again. We had hungry grandchildren wanting to eat.

Spent £48 on food in KFC on Monday, the food was atrocious, the lettuce in the chicken burger was brown and old. The bun in the chicken burger was rockhard to the point where if it was thrown at somebody would’ve split their head open it as hard as a brick, complain to KFC customer services and they refunded me £7.06 99 for the burger and one piece for compensation
