I represent 3 companies in Wis. After speaking to several firms I used Jorns to assist with filing the ERC. To me Jorns had the best reasoning and approach to filing the credit. True, there was a long delay, there was a well-documented IRS moratorium on processing. During that time Jorns continue to respond to my calls and emails, not always the same day, but within reason. Now the ERC monies are flow to all companies. Thank You.
When our accountants said we didn't qualify for the ERTC, a friend recommended Jorns & Associates. They walked me through the process and came up with a hefty refund. I had to wait over a year to get my checks, but they did come! They called the IRS on my behalf and did what they could to speed things along. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because they are a bit hard to get ahold of. Thank you Jorns!
After paying $750 to amend my 2020 Self Employed taxes, with promise that I HAD money coming back to me (that I had possibly missed), turns out Jorns & Associates just ripped me off. I’ve been doing my Taxes since I was 17 (and some amendments), I’m 49. So it’s not like I’m some kid asking for help or grasping at straws. Cough cough- But apparently I WAS by paying these con artists that amplified amount of money only for the IRS to say, “This amendment was not filled out properly and it is not complete.” I have called. The secretaries have taken my name and had the SNARKIEST attitude when I said “I’d like my money back.” They got RUDE & of course “nobody could talk to me.” Then on call 3, months later, I expressed my feelings of concern about being ripped off since nobody had cared to call me back, or correct their work, or anything- And the did I mention SNARKY, secretary said, “I hope you have the day you deserve.” This was after I was almost crying & trying not to cry. This was me being kind. The whole thing with this Company is a SCAM. I spoke directly to the IRS. They said, “it’s unfortunate you paid this company money because looking at your 2020 return, you weren’t eligible for the ERC. They knew that & took your money anyway pretending you would get a credit.”SCANDALOUS For a single mother who has INTEGRITY, this Company is the epitome of Scam Artists. That’s it. LIARS. Won’t give me back my $750. They must be broke themselves to rip me off. Or, just plain greedy a$$holes.
Absolutely terrible I paid them over $500 to supposedly get me $2,010 back from the IRS I’ve waited the 16-20 weeks I was told to wait finally called the IRS & guess what they have nothing. I will be contacting an attorney regarding this and suing them. DO NOT USE JORNS & ASSOCIATES it’s a SCAM
I wouldn’t give any stars to this company but wanted to write how AWFUL this company is. I am surprised they are still on business. They are incompetent thieves. I paid $1500 to have an amended tax submitted and the URS did not even receive it after waiting 7 months to find this out. They refuse to step in and inquire WHY the irs is not finding this return. Incompetent, Unreliable and unresponsive as I have been trying to get in touch for months to find out what is happening just to be ignored. Do NOT trust or give this company and of your money to do any services for you!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 30 week wait for SETC refund they won’t tell you that upfront but they will take your money !!! More than half of your refund
Incredible company and they did a reallygood job helping me all the way through the process of the SETC program.
Initially, I thought what a great company they were very thorough, follow up with great in the process made easy. Until they realize they made a mistake and failed to fix it submitted. Still no follow up with the ERC tax credit they truly dropped the ball, and I would not recommend this company to do anything.
This company is truly amazing and goes above and beyond to provide a top quality service to everyone that they do business with. The owners of this company are caring and help everyone to be able to receive money that they may not have the opportunity anywhere else.
Warning – Many ERC mill forms like Jorns charge 20% to 30% of the amount of the ERC refund in return for helping a business file the paperwork. They are taking advantage of the businesses most in need of the money. Michael Glaspie aka Mike Glaspie aka Mike G is promoting a MLM scheme piggybacking on Jorns ERC promoting inflated returns. They are taking advantage of the governments Covid relief programs for their own personal gain.
