I would give zero stars if I could. I really hate this vehicle I hate that I'm stuck in this contract with you guys for this vehicle that is trash that has been nothing but problems since I've had it I wish I could be out of this contractThe customer service if you want to call it that is horrendous and the only reason anybody was nice to me to begin with was to get me through the door to get me stuck in a contract with a piece of crap car that is definitely not worth the exorbitant amount I'm paying for it. Literally paying double what I told them was my max but since I was in a jam they took advantage of that. The flipping radio does not even work in this garbage car. Definitely not with the $14K they roped me in for

This wasn't my car but my friends and he got a car off of J.D.Byrider a few thing with wrong with his truck and he took it in to get services and they done a very excellent repair and the made sure ever thing on the truck was in tip top shape before the let my friend get his vehicle bad so he didn't have any other problem with it thank to J.D.Byride

I bought my vehicle in April 2019 my vehicles not running that good because it was leaking transmission fluid JD Byrider said I need a new radiator black afternoon read it radiator that I paid for it still leaking transmission fluid if they just change the transmission pump to the radiator we wouldn't have this problem but since they aren't trying to get more money out of people don't mess with them they scammers

After 8 hours
After 8 hours, we finally drove off with the car of choice. Zack was great and very helpful. I would recommend any one to go to this location and speak to Zack. Our experience with April was awful. Very unprofessional. April could use some lessons on customer etiquette and presentation.

Other than the interest rate, everything has went well. My mediocre credit made it difficult to get a second auto loan on a decent car. The Santa Fe has been great. One service visit in 1.5 yrs, and was reasonably priced. No complaints other than how upside down i am on the truck.
