Deep spiritual dive
Thank you very much for wonderful meditation hour last Sunday, October 23, 2022. As a total beginner I've experienced deep spiritual dive into my consciousness as never before in my life. Sukhasana position let me relax and forget about annoying pain in my backbone. Gradual change to Shavasana position and lying down on my back brought a peace into my mind and shielded it from a cruelty of everyday stress. I am looking forward to continue that awesome experience.

Life-changing experience
I’ve met Irina a few years ago, started to follow her guidance and it is absolutely amazing! Very informative and beneficial for my better understanding about the most important aspects of my life- stress management, self-care, and more. The knowledge Irina has is really impressive, you can tell she invested a lot of her time into it. She also seems naturally caring and non judgemental human being. One to go to if you need life changing experience.
