on my 6th innokin , the usb charging connector is sub standard and will fail in weeks or a couple of months.they snap or break in the middle or more likely desolder from the device , doesnt matter what cable or charger you used it will fail.

Innokin Adept shoddy charging port
Bought an Innokin Adept. Not impressed. Vape is fine, does what it says on the tin but the charging port is really shoddy, bent on the 2nd charge and so returned it to the seller. Engineered down to a price, rather than built up to a standard. Also disappointed to find the battery could not be removed so you can't swap batteries over as I do with my Innokin Coolfire Z80.

Terrible quality products that'll fail…
Terrible quality products that'll fail in less than 2 months. They will data harvest you in order to warranty a product, request that you send them a video, a ton of info and the defective device (this device only costs £10) yet they want you to fill out a dozen forms and actually send the faulty device (potentially dangerous battery) back to them.They purposely make this warranty procedure like this in order to stop you from doing so, they all farm your data during this process. Stay far away, terrible service and terrible quality all around. Find a different brand.

The person who delt with my small warranty registration issue failed to understand my query & failed to offer a solution. I have leared a lot from this encounter, Innokin UK dont take their customers seriously & have no respect for my/your financial investment in their products.Consiquently I will not be shopping with Innokin again & I cannot reccomend anyone else does.

Klypse Pods are terrible. They leak and taste burnt. When you contact there customer agents they are more interested in extracting all of your data and disregarding the problem of there pods. Avoid Avoid you have been warned.

Fake Contests
This company makes up fake contests so that they can get your personal data. I was emailed in October 22 by them saying that I had won one of their Sceptre 2 devices and I needed to send them my address and agree to allow them to use my name in social media. I never heard any more from them and all my emails are being ignored.
