Lousy customer service
Lousy customer service! I purchased an outdoor Bluetooth speaker a couple of years ago. The battery on the speaker will no longer charge. I attempted to email ILuv for help @ inquiry.iluv.com on 9/25/24, It is now 10/1/24 and so far, no response to my email. So, I try calling today for help. The woman on the other end of the phone showed no interest in helping me to resolve my problem, was rude and unapologetic about the email non-response, and instead pawned me off by providing me with yet another email address where I can be ignored. If you are considering purchasing a devise from ILuv, I suggest you think twice!
