The food and service was good but the surcharge of 10% for using a Credit Card was over the line. On top of the normal surcharge I got charged again for using their register. A total of $15.96 surcharge on a $137.00 bill. That's over 11.5% - disgusting!!
So poor service! Shame as the food was goodPushed into a corner, no atmosphere, really poor contact with the staff, missing cutlery and needed to ask multiple times, even a knife was dropped on the floor and passed to us to use! Plates cleared with no comment from staff, no dessert offered, no coffee offered - in fact quite abysmal service Asked for the bill and was just presented with it nonchalantly I certainly won’t be back - so don’t bother going
Dinner last 10.08.2020 was great: nice service and delicious meals. Just that the pizzas were too salty and the waiter questioned it, which was just an anecdote. Next morning, we just asked if they had something for breakfast, the waiter said yes and asked us if we wanted something to drink, so we ordered 3 capuccinos. He came back with the same and we asked him what they had for breakfast. "It is almost done, I will bring it to you" he replies. We look at each other and we could not believe it. We did not order anything. "It is a mixture of things" he replies to our poker face. He wanted to charge us 10€/head for little ham, salami and vegetables for 3 people that we did not order! He refuses to apologize and accused as of refusing the plate. He did not explain what was the breakfast from the beginning and he assumed the order for coffee to prepare something we did not ask. Really bad behavior.
