I purchased a Pretty Expensive Hair Dye Kit from Ulta But it was IGK brand and it was a gift for my 15 year old daughter for Christmas. Well it ruined her hair. Okay things happen. But being I spent a pretty penny on it. I reached out to the brand after seeing online they stand behind there products or so I thought. I was told sorry since you didn't buy from the site igk direct they couldnt help me. Which is mind blowing seems to me like they truly dont stand behind there products because standing behind your brand means whereever it is purchased not website specific. I am very unhappy with this brand. I would have settled for a credit to get something to just fix my daughters hair. Now I have to spend more money to get her hair the way we wanted when I already spent enough originally. Shame on you. Luckily Ulta the company you sell your products at had my back although they didn't have to because this was not an ULTA issue it was a IGK Hair issue. Shout out to ULTA for saving the day but I justwant everyone to know that this brand does not stand behind there products and I reccomend you don't buy from there website because I am sure if I had they would have had some other reason they wouldn't have been able to help me.This brand ruined my daughters hair, First and Foremost I have never seen a kit with bleach and color - for the directions to say mix the bleach and the color together at the same time. RED FLAG #1 But me thinking this is a reputable brand that they know what they are doing it must be how there formula works - WRONG It completely Ruined my daughters hair. So not only was I overcharged for IGKhair product but now I have to go spend more money to fix it. when they offer a money back guarantee on there products. Just wanted everyone to be aware do not use this brand!!!!

Do not order from their website, it's a scam.I was so excited to try their brand as they had sent me an awesome coupon, only for them to cancel my orders a week after I placed them with no communication as to why. I reached out and after another three days, they finally replied and said the order was canceled because it was out of stock, and yet that product is still listed for sale now two weeks later. They refused to reinstate the coupon so I could use it on something else and only gave me a partial refund for my order. Despite the order never being sent!

I never received my products. Ordered on 11/28 and were supposedly shipped to be delivered 12/2, it’s not 12/12 and I HAVE NOT received any package. I contacted IGK telling them to refund my money and have not responded. Would NOT recommend

Missing products in more than 1 delivery!
I have made numerous complaints about products missing from my order and NEVER hear back from this company!!! Some products are pretty good but not worth the aggrevation if I don't receive what I order and get NO reply from the company! Shame!! I work too hard for my money!!

SCAM - With an update
I ordered from this company two years ago. I have curly hair that frizzes and I wanted to try the Cash In serum, so I ordered a 5-pack to get the volume discount. I liked the smell and added it to my hair-misting water, so the order lasted about a year. I ordered one more time and then found another product I like better so I decided not to reorder. Well, 3 months later, I received an automatic shipment. I went online to cancel a subscription that I didn't remember initiating. The site said I had no active subscriptions, so I left it alone. Well, I've now been receiving auto shipments every 3 months for the last year. I've contacted the company repeatedly using the only means available: The web-based messaging form. Nobody has ever responded. My account still shows ZERO subscriptions yet I'm being billed every 3 months. What a rip-off! Update: Shortly after I posted this review, the company contacted me and canceled the subscription. Apparently they respond quickly to negative publicity but not to polite requests. I've added one star to my original rating.

I purchased expensive good behavior shampoo and intense smoothing mask hoping to calm the frizz I have. I am a white woman in my 60's and as I age, my hair has become very frizzy. This shampoo and mask did not begin to calm the frizz. It did nothing to help.

Hair spray is not spraying
Hello, I recently purchased a hair spray online called IGK hair spray strong finishing hair spray. When the product arrived I tested it out on my hair, it is almost impossible to use this hair spray because the product is not coming out. I feel like I wasted my money because the hair spray is not spraying and the bottle is full but nothing is coming out of the bottle. I’m disappointed. I have just purchased another one hoping the hair spray will spray properly unlike the 1st one I purchased which didn’t spray at all.

I bought 12 different products and like half of them. I decided after using a while I do like the beach club wave spray, the thirsty girl leave in, disco gloss, mistress balm the 3 minute mask and the cry baby gloss. Everything else i bought leaves my hair dryer and waxy especially the antisocial and deep repair air dry styler. I have very thin dry hair and I think some of these products must be made for someone with already thick healthy hair. I bought the Payday shampoo conditioner and it’s just ok. they have really good customer service too.

Product was marked delivered the same day it was ordered??? It never arrived and customer service is a disaster. Fortunately I paid via PayPal and so I disputed the charges and they refunded my payment.

Do not order from their website!!! They have no customer service phone number or live chat. They have an email address that they don’t respond to! I started an exchange , they recieved the product and I’m left here without a refund or new product!! Horrible!!!!! **update** they did finally respond by email but it’s not worth the trouble if your going to need an exchange or return.

My pkg. is still in Ohio since Oct. 24th. its Nov.18th. I've written them with no response over a week ago. At this point I feel scammed and not feeling like Ill ever receive my paid order. Seems to be a thing after reading other reviews.

Still In Transit in Cincinatti...
I've noticed they take forever to deliver. My package has been sitting in Cincinatti for over a week. It was estimated to arrive yesterday, but nope, 'still in transit' somewhere in Cincinatti. I thought it might just be a fluke, but then I read other reviews complaining about the very same thing. I've reached out to Customer Service and I haven't heard back.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
IGK has the worst customer service period. I ordered my package in the end of November. It’s sat in Cincinnati for two weeks. I reached out via email multiple times got no response and then finally “Nina”who was absolutely no help whatsoever pretty much just put me off. Allegedly it’s finally gonna show up today, I love IGK products, but I would not recommend ordering it directly from their site. Order it through someone that actually has some accountability for their products and respect for their customers who order them. I’d give them one star, but I actually do like their products.

Well I'm on a subscription plan which is cheaper. I couldn't find this lavender anywhere. ASTRO BABE I've used twice I love the color. When I'm done my hair is so soft. They send you a hole kit: gloves,color,eraser,stuff around your hair so the color doesn't stick, plus a conditioner. You can return it sometimes they just let you keep the color. I picked one but a day later I found the one I really wanted. Returns were easy & I love the color. You don't have to subscribe but it's cheaper & then you have it every time you need it. I picked 30 days but they have 60 & 90 days too. They have hair products too I'm very happy with the products I've picked so far. Plus you earn points that you can use as money to take off your total when you have enough points. So I had to edit this there is a down side I found. The color doesn't last for more than a day. I thought it was just me or my bed head but it wasn't. I found reviews by the tons. Their the only ones that have this Astro Babe & the only ones that leave your hair in good condition when your done. Though your paying 25.00 for a color that maybe last 2 days without washing. I left it on 45 minutes too. I loved that color so much but I had to let you know.

so far i have only tried the dry hair mask that everyone is raving about, because it's the only thing that has been delivered. i ordered 3 other products and cancelled my other haircare subscriptions on April 3. I still have not received my order. i've emailed them a few times, they've responded twice, both times just saying "we're having issues with USPS, thanks for your patience." i almost want to knock off one more star just because i don't want to have to buy an entire bottle of my other haircare stuff to mitigate the frizzy mess i'm dealing with until all of this arrives. if ever. they might as well be in China.
